63: Wedding

"Your engaged?" Alayna squealed when I told her.

"Yeah!" I smiled again.

"Well we need to start shopping!" She hopped off her bed and grabbed my arm dragging me out of her room.

"Hey where are you two off to?" Alayna's mom stopped us.

"Diagon Alley." We said at the same time.

"Alright. Have fun." She smiled and walked off.

"I want to tell your parents." I turned to Alayna.

"Alright. Then let's go tell them." We walked into the living room where her parents were sitting.

"Before we go, I wanted to tell you guys something." I started.

"Go for it kiddo." Alayna's dad sat up from his laying position.

"As of yesterday, I'm engaged!" I held up my hand so they could see the ring.

"Oh my gosh! That's a gorgeous ring." Alayna's mom came over to inspect it.

"Mattheo has good taste. In girls and jewelry." Alayna's dad smiled at the ring.

"Thank you. We need to go now. See you guys later!" I smiled and grabbed Alayna's hand. We apparated onto the cobblestone walkway and started walking to the store.

"What kind of dress are you going to want?" Alayna asked me.

"Whatever looks good I guess. I have no idea. Never thought about it before I guess." I laughed nervously.

"Well after you!" She held the door open and I walked in.

The way this shop was, one side had wedding dresses and the other had tuxedos. We walked to the dress side and the lady congratulated me and checked out the ring. She took a few quick measurements and then let us look around for a while.

"I'm going to try on these three." I told the lady.

She got me a fitting room and I tried on the first dress. It was a more elegant and a princess style. "I don't think this one is me. I mean it's cute it just doesn't feel right."

"Agreed. Next!" Alayna ordered holding up a finger.

I rolled my eyes playfully and went back into the fitting room to change. The next dress had a bigger skirt and an intricate lace design on the front. There was a big scoop in the back.

"That one is really pretty and makes your tits look good." Alayna commented.

"I do really like this one."

"How much is it then?"

"Umm." I grabbed the tag hanging under my arm. "200 galleons."

"That's not bad at all." Alayna smiled.

"I may as well try on the last dress." I told her.

"Alright." I started walking back but I heard a familiar voice.

Alayna heard it too. "Go! You need to hide in the changing room!" She pushed me in and pulled the curtain closed.

"Ow!" I stepped on my foot.

"Sorry!" Alayna laughed nervously.

"Alayna?" I heard Draco whisper yell.

"Don't let Mattheo over here!" She told him.

"What business does he have in the wedding dress side?" I chimed in.

"No idea! He thinks I'm in the bathroom. Any luck?"
