Chapter 7 - Math Of Kon

When TrigonomeTrina came to talk to Laney, she was kinda freaked out.

"Hey, it's Katrina," the girl said.

"Wait, seriously? So Trina, or you, is a secret nerd?"

"Yeah, Trina wants to use this so you can't play. She's going to beat Kon but I know how you can beat her, show everyone how much of a nerd the cool girl is."

"I'll tell Corey and we'll figure something out."

.....

"Are you sure that's actually Trina? I'm not seeing it," Corey said.

"Me neither," Kin agreed.

"Well it's your sister, and we need to expose her to everyone so she goes diary and we get lyrics. Plus she'll lose," Laney said.

Watching Trina lose would be a huge bonus, she knew Katrina would agree if she was there.

But soon the three watched as Kon drummed out the answer to the final question and Trina nearly completely broke.

"It IS Trina!" Corey and Kin realised.

Laney just rolled her eyes. "So how do we show everyone it's her?"

"Well, she's pretty tightly wound with that pencil in her hair. So what if I..."

Corey flicked his guitar pick which hit the pencil at such a force that Trina's disguise fell apart.

She was exposed as a secret nerd and gave in to the diary.

Kon won the math thing and Grojband had another successful gig.

"I think Trina's glad this is over but she's definitely not happy that Mina knows it's been her the whole time," Katrina said.

"I think a little humiliation is deserved after everything she's done to us," Laney replied.

She couldn't agree more.
