Nacre has been walking in the forest, on his way to go home, back to the Kingdom after visiting Darrien and gathering some information. Remembering the human kid that lives with him now makes Nacre feels kind of relief that he has a friend and is not alone anymore. He wondered if he should tell Dust about this or should he just wait until they solve their family problem.. They really haven't talked at all even though Dust always said they he'd visit him but it seems he hasn't visited him at all.

Nacre stopped walking, putting a hand on a tree as he looked at his hand with the red dot. He stared at it for a while. Hex is inside him, huh? So he's still alive. And the only way to get rid of him is to kill himself. The others won't be very happy to hear about this. Maybe he shouldn't tell them and keep it to himself. Though.. they would find out sooner or later when they noticed when Hex is taking control.

Could he talk to Hex while he's inside him? Could he call him out and would he respond?

Nacre balled his fists, looking up around the forest. As he speaks,

"Hex? Can you hear me?"

He called. He doubted that he'll respond, well, how would he respond to him when he's inside of him anyway? Nacre thought that maybe he would show up as something that only he can see. Some kind of.. hallucination or.. ghost?? Something like only in his head that only he can see.

"Hex! If you can hear me, say something or take control of my body! ... That is if you can do it while I'm conscious.. or at least got me half possessed.. if you can.."

Nacre called once again and still there was no response. After a few minutes of silence he groaned with his hand on his head,

"...Of course not. I'm so stupid." He mumbled.

"...Why are you talking to yourself?"

A voice asked him. Nacre frantically looks around his surroundings but he found no one. His tentacles sharpened, ready to attack. But then,

"Up here."

Nacre looks up and found a skeleton sitting on a tree. A skeleton with horns on his head, he seems to be wearing a silver circlet around his head with some kind of demon symbol. He also has a demon tail slowly wagging behind him. The skeleton jumped down and landed on his feet, cleaning the dirt off his clothes.

"...Hex?"

He looks a little bit like Hex with those horns on his head. The skeleton raised his eyebrow,

"I'm not Hex. You've been calling this name, are you looking for him?" The skeleton asked.

Nacre shakes his head, chuckling awkwardly as he scratched the back of his neck,

"Ah no, sorry. You look a little bit like him so I thought--- pardon me, I was just talking to myself, I didn't mean to bother you."

The skeleton smiled, "It's fine. I wasn't bothered. Hmm.."

The skeleton walked closer to Nacre. He had his hand on his chin as he looks at Nacre up and down. Nacre had to take a step back once he noticed that he had his face too close to Nacre. Now that he see him closer, he can see one of his eyelights has pentagram symbol. Nacre gave him a confused look,

"...is something wrong?"

"Are you the King's son? King Nightmare's son? I've seen your face before when I visited that kingdom." The skeleton said.

"Uh, yes. That's right. You can call me Nacre. No need to be formal around me." Nacre said, smiling softly.

"Yeah, I don't really like formalities as well." The skeleton held out his hand, wanting a handshake.
