"Now, tell me how you really feel," he said, smiling at her and taking a few steps and moving closer to her.

His cologne filled her nose. It was sweet, much too sweet for her taste. She preferred a man with a fresh cologne with a hint of cigar. She loved the smell of cigars, especially the sweet-smelling cigars. It made her feel at home.

"What is it that you need from me, Dante?" Gia took a step back, not liking the smell of him. He was a very handsome man and very sexy. He commanded respect and made heads turn from both sexes when he entered a room. He was just a little rough around the edges in certain things, but the man did know how to dress.

When he got closer to her, Gia realized that the sweet smell on him was not his cologne after all. It was a woman's perfume, cheap perfume to be exact.

"I want you to train my staff. I want you to point out everything that's wrong with this place. I want it to run like your restaurant."

"It's not my restaurant, I simply run it, and a club can't run like a restaurant simply because it isn't one. If you really want this place to turn better profit you need to gut it and start anew," she said, taking another step back away from him. The cheap perfume all over Dante was starting to make her ill.

Again, Dante noticed that she took a step away from him and he didn't like it. "Is there something wrong? Aside from your headache and the shitty way I run my club that is."

Gia picked up on his annoyed tone and her warning bells went off. She touched her stud again sending out the distress signal and in seconds the door was being pounded on.

Dante excused himself and went to open the door. Gino and Marco both stood outside smiling. "Sorry Mr. Drago but Mr. Benedetti is requesting Miss Summers' presence at once."

Gia made her way to the door and forced a smile on her face. "I tell you what, Dante. Why don't you give me a call tomorrow and we'll set up a meeting and talk shop again, it'll give me time to mull things over. How does that sound?"

"Perfect, until tomorrow then, Gia." He leaned in and kissed her cheek. Gia smiled again and walked out of his office trying not to show her eagerness to get the hell out of there.

In the back seat of the SUV, Gia lied down and rubbed her temples tried to get that god-awful smell out of her nose.

Her phone rang and she got it out of her pocket and tossed it at Gino who sat in the passenger's seat again.

"Hello?" he answered.

"Where's Gia?" Anthony asked Gino.

"In the back seat rubbing her temples after meeting with Dante."

"Put her on."

Gino handed her the phone, and she took it. "What?" She was irritable.

"We good Gia?"

"Yeah, we are but..."

"Yeah, Gio talked to me, and he has a point I think we should start seeing other people." He laughed loud on the other end making Gia laugh as well.

"Yeah, we do, Tony. I'll see you at the house tomorrow. Go find yourself a good woman Tony. You need a little discipline in your life."

"Nah, I get too restless with one woman. You were different because we never went anywhere past a good time and our friendship always came first. I love you I do, and I also agree with Gio. We need to take the sex out of our equation."

"I agree, Tony. You need me back at the restaurant or can you handle it on your own?"

"Go home, honey. I'll see you bright and early."
