Waking up next to Kade was the most normal thing in the world to her. Gia had passed out around four in the morning after the wild and passionate night that Kade had subjected her to. He had been gentle and passionate and rough and wild. He had made her feel things she never thought possible. Her body was still tingling, and she was deliciously sore all over.

The man knew how to move, and his tongue should be awarded a gold medal for dexterity and agility. Her sated body was spent and all she wanted to do was spend the day in bed with the man she now loved.

Gia began to move her behind against Kade's crotch soliciting a reaction from him. It didn't matter that she was sore and exhausted, she wanted more.

"You need to close those beautiful eyes and go back to sleep. My dick hurts," he said with a groggy voice and a hint of laughter.

He hugged her closer to him and moaned out when her hand grasped his hard cock and began to stroke him slowly.

Kade made love to her hard and fast and made her scream out in pleasure once more before they made it to the shower to get ready for the day.

Staying in bed all day would have to wait. Gia had pressing business she needed to attend to and Gio was the main focus of that business at the moment.

The front door was being barricaded not only by Kade but by Kenrick and Gino as well as Marco and Trent. A look of disapproval etched on every man's face standing there directed at Gia.

"You are not going to go see that betraying asshole by yourself." Kade's voice was menacing although his face was calm. His arms were crossed over his chest as were everyone else's. His shoulder wound was healing nicely and there wasn't much pain, and even if there had been he had gone through worse and made it out just fine.

"If I don't go, then he will know that something is up. I am still Boss, and I have to keep acting like it," Gia explained with a calm tone not wanting to rile up the men more than they already were.

They wanted Gio's blood and that was just not an option, not yet anyway. The last thing she needed was a full-blown war with the Drago's.

No one wanted to make Gio, and the Drago's pay for what they had done to her and to Kade more than she did. She wanted their blood but that was not an option...for now. She would just have to make them pay in a different way. A way that would make them want to bleed out by the time she was done with them.

Gia was going to make them pay, every single one of them would pay. She would hit them where it hurt the most and by the time, they realized what had happened, it would be too late to do anything about it. She would be silent but deadly. Gio wouldn't know what the hell or who the hell had hit him by the time she was finished exacting her revenge.

Kade didn't budge from the door. He was not going to let Gia go anywhere near that bastard. "I think I was very clear when I said you weren't going to go see that asshole. Did I stutter, baby?"

Gia smiled at Kade. She loved the way he was with her; so protective and possessive and loving aside from being kind and stubborn and downright maddening at times.

"No, baby, you didn't stutter. I have a job to do, and I will keep doing it. Don't make me shoot you Kade," Gia said, menacingly letting her eyes wonder to her guards' guns.

Gino, Marco, and Trent all put their hands on their guns protectively. Kenrick moved in front of Kade as a human shield. He had heard of Gia's happy trigger finger, and he was not about to let his Boss and friend get shot again and by his woman that time.

Kade burst out laughing and side stepped Kenrick and took Gia by the waist with his good arm and pulled her close to him. He leaned down and kissed her hard on the lips. "Fine, you win Boss, but you take Kenrick and Blane too."
