~Calum's POV~
The door flew open in front of me. This was it, the moment I had been waiting for my whole entire life. I had been waiting years, since the day I fell in love with Michael, to go on a date with him. For the chance to fall in love with him. As the door creeped open, I felt the sweat drip down my cheeks. I had never been this nervous for something before. As the door fell backwards, I saw him.
Michael Clifford. He was standing behind the door: he looked gorgeous. His hair was messier than usual, and was sticking out. The purple dashes spiked up towards the sky, like they were being forced towards it. His eyes were brighter than usual, they had gotten greener. His jaws clenched as he stood there staring at me.
I didn't know what to say. I tried to open my mouth, but I struggled to do anything. When I went to speak I found myself breathless. My cheeks were dry and I wanted to choke out my love on him. He couldn't talk as well. We were just standing there, me outside of his door and Michael standing in the doorway.
He walked out of his house and came up to me. He gripped his soft fingers around my neck and pulled me toward his body. Our lips collided as he kissed me. His lips were soft and gentle on mine. He moved his hand downwards towards my hips, and he placed his fingers around them. His lips felt like marshmallows against my mouth and his touch felt like heaven.
His lips parted from mine, and it left a bit of saliva on my chin. I wiped it off with my hand, and scrubbed it against my leg. He was still standing right in front of me. Even though we had stopped kissing, he was staring up at my lips.
"Sorry, I couldn't help myself." He whispered to me. I was just staring into his eyes. I forgot how beautiful they were. I had missed him so much, and I loved him. I was in love with this boy.
"Don't worry babe. So, um..." I hesitated, I didn't know what to say. I did an awkward giggle. Michael smiled at me, and chuckled as well. "Sorry I'm just nervous."
"I am too. But that doesn't mean that we can't have a fun evening I guess." Michael said to me. Oh he knew how to make me feel better. He always knew how to make me happy. And I had to make him happy this time, it was always him trying to make me feel happy and cheer me up. This time I would make his life happier and joyful.
I grabbed Michael's hand and led him towards my car. His hand felt so soft between my fingers. His touch was something that I desired more than ever, and now that I had it I felt like I was in heaven. I opened the door for him, and let him take a seat. I closed the door behind him and walked around to the drivers side. I slid open the door, and sat down on the leathery car seat. I put my hands on the steering wheel and looked at Michael: he had a massive grin on his face.
"So where are we going?" He asked. He had a look of curiosity on his face and he obviously wanted to know what we were going to do.
"It's a surprise baby. But it does involve pizza." I said to Michael as I pushed my foot down on the pedal.
