Coming out - Part 1

Okay so I hope you like this chapter. Thank you for the 300+ views on my story like wow I love you all. A lot of the chapters I'm going to be doing are gonna be in parts so that I can put a lot of detail into the stories. I've got some cool things coming up for it so I hope you all enjoy it.

~Michael's POV~
I was fiddling around with the phone and was trying to find a place to rest it. I was still at Calum's house and he was sitting on his sofa watching my every move. He didn't take his eyes off of me. I tried leaning the phone against various objects on the desk that was opposite the sofa, but it kept slipping down. Calum giggled every time I made a small mistake, and I would've found it annoying if I wasn't in love with his laugh: if I wasn't in love with him.
"Mate why don't I just hold it?" Asked Luke as he walked into the house. Calum leaped up from the seat and gave him a massive hug. Calum gripped Luke as hard as he could, and Luke's cheeks went a rosy red.
"So I guess things went good for you both last night then?" Asked Luke as he had noticed that I stayed overnight. I still couldn't believe that last night had actually happened - and this morning. Calum let go of Luke and walked back over to the sofa. He fell down onto it and rested his arms out onto the back of the sofa.
"Things went very well. I could give you the details but..." Said Calum as he got interrupted by Luke.
"Yeah please don't give me the details. So what are you guys going to be filming? Please say it's not a porno, otherwise there is no fucking way that I'm holding the camera for you guys." Luke said as he rubbed his face with his long fingers. He had bags under his eyes and his eyelids were red. It looked like something had happened to him last night that would make him cry. I was worried about that boy.
"It's not a porn video. It's our..." Calum looked at me, he wanted to know if I gave him permission to tell Luke. I nodded, indicating that I allowed him. "It's our coming out video. We thought that we should just get it out of the way with as soon as we could." Calum said as he stroked his fingers against the soft cushion that he was leaning against.
Luke walked towards me and grabbed the phone off of me. I walked towards the sofa and sat next to Calum. The sofa felt like a big fluffy cloud. Calum lifted his arm up and placed it around my back. Having him on my body made me feel like I was being protected from all of the evil in the world. It was like all of my problems were gone away.
Luke pushed down on the record button. He looked up at us to indicate that the phone was recording. I didn't know what to say, I had never been open to anyone about this. I looked to my left and Calum looked confident as usual.
"Hi guys! Gals. Whatever." Calum paused. He was nervous. Every time he tried to speak he stumbled. He was struggling with what to say. I placed my hand on Calum's leg and gave him a nod of reassurance. I looked up to the phone that was grasped between Luke's fingers.
"You're probably wandering why we are recording this and I promise to you it will be explained. And you can probably guess by the title of this video, "coming out", that me and Calum are coming out as..." I hesitated. My mouth felt dry. I couldn't move my lips. I found it hard to breathe. "Gay. We are gay." I confessed. It felt so weird. I had kept this secret to myself for so long and now I was going to share it with the world.
"This may come as a shock to some of you." Calum continued as he nervously vibrated his hands between his thighs. "But we wanted to tell you all. We thought that you, the fans, had the right to know that me and Michael are gay." He grabbed my hand between his fingers. "And we are in love." He said to me, not the camera. He moved himself towards me and our lips collided. Something felt so different about this kiss. It wasn't a secret and something about it felt honest and true. His lips parted from mine and his fingers trailed along my cheeks. He had a humongous grin on his face.
"And if you give hate to either me or Michael, I will find you and I will fucking beat the living shit out of you. And if you even think of harming Michael..." He paused. His eyes were watering, and he stared at me and smiled again. Every time he smiled I knew I was in love with him.
"So please just respect our privacy. And we don't want you to think that things will change, because they won't. We are still 5 seconds of summer and that will never change." I said as I looked at the phone again. Luke stopped recording and came and sat between me and Calum on the sofa.
He pressed a few buttons on the screen and the video was ready to be uploaded. "Do you want to upload it, are you one hundred percent sure?" Luke asked me and Calum. I looked at Calum who was on the other side of Luke. He nodded to me and I nodded back.
"We're ready." I said to Luke. He tapped the "upload video" icon on the screen and the video uploaded onto YouTube. It was out there for the world to see. What was once a secret, was now something that everyone would know.
