Chapter 33

Third P.O.V.

As Hayate announced the opponents of the first match, he had everyone go to the waiting area until it's their turn to go. Okijirio and Ryumi walked over to the waiting area until the match fully began.

"Hey, do you think Naruto will win his match?" Okijiro asked Ryumi while leaning against the rails. Everyone in the area was probably thinking the same thing. Neji posses the Byakugan and is a lot faster and smarter than Naruto. He could easily win the match.

"Well, I do believe he could stand a chance against Neji but after being in close combat with Neji, he's just as determined to win this match as Naruto is. It's tough to say the least." Ryumi said to Okijirio before opening her bag of food.

"I think Neji is going to win. I mean, he is a Hyuga and like he's super smart and advance in his Byakugan." Okijirio said before turning to Ryumi. "Hey, you don't mind sharing your food, do you?"

He grinned at you as he saw Ryumi open her food box. She shook her head and began to give Okijirio a piece of what she's got. Ryumi looked over to her other side and saw Shikamaru next to her.

"Would you care for some Shikamaru?" Ryumi asked Shikamaru motioning her lunch box to him.

"Well, since you're offering, I wouldn't mind taking a piece." Shikamaru sighed before pointing at your box. He then proceeded to eat what he pointed at. Ryumi began to eat what was in her box. She averted her eyes to the area and watched the match begin.

Naruto started the match by creating multiple clones of myself to disguise himself within his crowd of Naruto's. One by one, his clones started to attack Neji. As they came towards Neji, he activated his Byakugan. He fought off against the clones of Naruto. Although, Neji came to realize which of the Naruto's was his real self. He ran past all the clones of Naruto and jabbed his hand at his heart.

As his hand jabbed Naruto's heart, he coughed out blood. Neji smirked thinking he had won the match already. What Neji didn't know was that he attacked the wrong Naruto. As all of Naruto's clones disappeared, him and his clone jumped and attacked Neji from behind. His punch almost hit Neji but it was stopped by the chakra surrounding Neji. A chakra sphere-like surrounded Neji as he began to rotate around. As he rotated, the chakra sphere rotated as well. Naruto and his clone were tossed away and his clones then disappeared.

Everyone gasped at Naruto when he came behind Neji but they were all shocked when Neji didn't take that punch.

Naruto backed up and created more clones and surrounded Neji. He then got into position and performed the same technique as before. As he completed the technique, Naruto's clones began to disappear.

Everyone was mesmerized at Neji's performance.

Neji got himself into position but it was different than before and Ryumi began to widen her eyes.

When she was training with Lord Hiashi, he taught her the Gentle Fist Trigram. He's never taught anyone this technique, not even to the side branch. As he begin to teach her that technique, she was able to go up to Eight Palms.

Neji went into the act and performed the Eight Palm Trigram: 64 Palms. He rapidly hit Naruto's chakra points. Neji continued to jab at Naruto's chakra points until he fell backwards and landed on the ground. As the proctor stepped up to declare the victory, Neji talked down to Naruto.
