Dissociation.

I am sinking into my bed again,
And something is in the walls,
My hands look like they're not mine
And nothing seems quite real.

It feels as if I do not know who I am,
And the world has stopped spinning,
And I'm sure that if I press hard enough,
My fingers will melt into the mattress.

I am floating away,
My body here,
Yet my mind
Is nowhere to be found.
