We laid naked together by the fire. Judas leaning back against a throw pillow from the couch as I laid sprawled against his chest. Our legs intertwined as the afternoon fell the dusk and then night.
Laying together covered in love bites from this afternoon as the fire died to ashes. Judas snoring soundly as I lifted my head to look at him. Purple bruises all over his neck and chest. He more than returned the favor as I stared down at my own body.
My chest, stomach, and even thighs were covered in hickies. Judas stirring in his sleep as I slowly untangled myself from him. Feeling ache with every movement as I stood from the floor. Letting the woven blanket fall from my naked form as I walked to the kitchen.
My stomach growling for sustenance.
I opt for steak and mash potatoes. Setting to work on making the meal quietly as Judas slept soundly by the fire. I walk over throwing another log in, fearing the cold creeping in.
Half way through searing the steak does Judas wake up. Yawning as he lets out a big stretch on the floor. The brown fur rug beneath him was the only thing to offer comfort from the cold floor.
"Smells delicious." I hear him sit up with I groan.
"Good, I hope your hungry." I say and turn with the pan in hand, grabbing the T-bone steak off the hot pan and holding it with the tongs letting the butter drip off before setting it down on a plate. Judas standing from the floor, letting the blanket fall exposing all of his naked gloriousness.
"You're damn beautiful." He says walking over the kitchen island as I prep our meals. Loading his plate with steak mashed potatoes and asparagus. He disappears down the hall way and I hear the creak of the cellar door. He comes back soon with a bottle of red.
"The meal is not complete without good wine." He says as he pops the bottle open pouring us both glasses. "I could definitely get used to seeing you in the kitchen naked." He leans in kissing me as I could barely swallow some of the wine.
"Ah yes, cooking delicious meals all with my tits out." I snort sarcastically.
"You don't have to cook, you could be the delicious meal." He says pressing my back into the kitchen island. Wine glasses head firmly in our hands as we tried not to spill any.
"You are obsessed." I chuckle against his mouth as he continues kissing.
"Rightfully so because you're mine. And I feel a particular bias at the thought of you spread eagled over a dining table." He moans against my mouth. "The paint on your body is so fucking beautiful."
"The only thing on this dining table is the meal I cooked. That's all you get tonight." I say biting his lip making him hiss.
"There's still room to negotiate then?" He asks as we both take a seat digging into our meals. Just enjoying each others company as we ate steak completely nude. It's a freedom I never knew I needed.
Feels nice.
Near the end of the meal, I'm the first to break the silence.
"Odile said there's something happening with your parents back home?" I ask, my plate holding nothing but the t-bone from the steak and some scrapes of mashed potatoes.
"Let's not worry about that." He shakes his head shoveling the last of the food into his mouth.
"We do have to worry about that. Just go home, deal with it and if you want to come back then come back." I say and he shakes his head a smile playing on his lips.
"How do you make everything sound so simple, when we both know it's not?" He asks. "And I'll always come back to you."
"Because I know it's better to face your problems then run from them." I say. "Besides, once you deal with all those princely duties then you'll have more free time for whatever."
