***************************************The sun rays shinning into my room through the little gaps, where curtains can't stop them, illuminating my whole room.
I wake up.
Jawning, I rub my eyes for a few moments, being so absolutely grateful that I can move my arms better.
Sighing I then stare at the ceiling. That's all that I can do. I'm so beyond bored, ugh.
I feel like shit honestly. Yesterday's evening was... intense to say the least. I shouldn't have stood up on my feet, now everything hurts. I shouldn't have let my uncle play with my mind like that. I seriously saw the walls moving, I honestly couldn't breathe.
Thank God that he came.
He calmed me down, he showed me the way. He took me in his arms and he made me feel safe.
He made my demons disappear. I can just hope that they'll stay away.
Knock Knock
Hearing two gentle knocks on the doors, I panic again. My heart beat fastening.
Seeing the knob moving and doors slowly opening I see a smaller figure entering the room. I let out a breath I was holding.
Is that- Maria?
"Good afternoon" she smiles at me which immediately makes me smile back. She is so warm and so nice. Her grey hair are put in a precise bun and her dark brown eyes could warm up even the coldest hearts. Even he acts nice before her.
"Good afternoon" I greet back as I notice her holding a tray in her hands. I can't see what she brought because the plate is covered with an iron lid.
"How you feel?" She asks, struggling to speak english as she places the tray on my night stand and I feel her warm hand on mine, gently squeezing it. It makes my heart flutter. She is so nice.
"I feel good, thank you" I lie. Well, I do feel better now that she's here.
"I hear you not eat" she tells me "so I make something special for you"
Great. Just when I stopped feeling nauseous from those eggs yesterday.
"Oh" I mumble "thank you"
Her smile grows wider as she becomes excited, taking the tray she puts it on me and finally reveals the dish.
Delicious scent almost instantly fills my nosetrils as I take in a perfectly made bolonese lasagna.
"I hear you really like my lasagna, so I make just for you" she tells me.
Hmm, who possibly could she hear that from?
I'll kill him.
"Oh, thank you so much. Yes, I love it" it's true, I just don't feel like eating right now.
Hadning me the fork "try" she giggles.
Shit.
Of course I don't want to offend her, she made lasagna just for me so I grab the fork and dig into it. I put one bite in my mouth, forcing it down my throat "it's perfect" oh, just as delicious as I remember. But why does my stomach fight back so hard? I hate this meds.
She smiles again, squeezing my hand for a moment "you eat and be better, I send girl for tray latter." She tells me and walks to the doors "eat everything"
I nod as she opens the doors and leaves.
And I stay here with a whole plate of lasagna. Of course I'll force myself to eat it, don't want to make her sad.
