"Lead the way," Henry says, nudging up to Alex to whisper in his ear.
And so, Alex does. He takes Henry's hand so that he's following him just behind. The first door they come to leads to a hallway. The walls of which are lined with photos of the two of them on poloroids. Pictures of them of Halloween. Of their first Christmas together, 2 years ago, Alex has one arm over Henry's shoulder and is kissing his cheek and Henry is smiling with a gift in his lap. Of New Years, the one year where they recreated their first kiss. The last one on the wall is Alex's favorite. Their most recent Valentines Day together, when Alex had made paper rings for the both of them. They are both pointing to each other and holding up their hands showing the rings. Henry had both of them framed.
