17 - I like being in chilled atmospheres but you have frozen me !

Stacey's POV - 

The fact that Von Doom Industries still existed in New York is nice . Not nice now , cause madman has me strapped to a chair and he froze me with some gas , do not know the name of it . 

" You know what Stace , you are my trophy . My precious prize . You have powers and capabilities that even I don't possess . We could achieve so much " ; he said . 

I couldn't even speak . What the hell was he waiting for ? 

" I have your first task . When the fantastic four arrives , I want you to take all of their powers and I mean all of it , so that they are just mere humans again " ; Victor said to me . 

I tried to glare at him . He chuckled . 

" You have to do it . You do not have a choice Stacey . Booth and Luke's lives are hanging on the line here " 

I hate him . This psycho cannot be my father . He just can't . 

There was a loud clanging sound from out side . 

" I'll be back " ; he said to me . 

I felt someone behind me . The gas cylinder was suddenly disconnected . Mom appeared in front of me and I swear I could have cried . 

She gave me a small smile as she started to take off the restraints . 

" Are you okay ? He didn't hurt you , right ? " ; she asked softly as she kissed my forehead . 

I lightly shook my head . 

Where is Booth ? Did they save him ? Mom seemed to read my mind . 

" Booth is fine . We got him back " ; she assured me . 

" Ah , Susan " ; Victor said loudly as he walked back into the room . 

" Victor " ; mom said , not hiding the disgust in her voice . 

" Little family reunion " ; he smirked . 

" Let her go . She is just a child . She has no part in this " ; she said to him . 

" Oh Sue , Stacey is the powerhouse , she is the biggest part in my endgame " ; he laughed . 

Mom hit him with a powerful ray that made him go stumbling back and hit the huge wall painting . 

" Susan , let's not fight " ; he warned mom . 

" No , let's " ; she said back . 

They started fighting , mom used her shield and everything else but Victor just cut off the electricity in the room . 

" Stacey ! " ; mom yelled alarmed . 

The lights came back on and Victor stood behind the chair with a gun to my head . He made it touch the side of my head and I froze . Tears welled up in my eyes as I shook slightly . 

" Get that thing away from my daughter ! " ; mom glared at Victor . 

" Get the one thing away that blindly controls her ? No ! " ; he laughed . 

" Stacey , come on , take her powers , all of it " ; he instructed me . 

I shook my head . 

" Don't make me shoot you " ; he threatened me . 

I shook my head again . I had to get over this fear . Come on Stacey ! You are being stupid . He won't kill you , not yet , not until he gets what he wants . 

" I will kill Booth and Luke " ; he tried again . 

I shook my head again . " You won't . You won't kill them or me , I am all you want in achieving new world order . You cannot do it without me . You won't kill me , you can't " 

" Well the, I'll just kill your mom " ; he said before raising his gun but before he could do anything he was slammed into a wall again . This time , by Ben . Dad waltzed in as well like a blanket and they both fought with Victor . 

 " Come on sweetheart " ; mom said as she helped me off the chair . 

" Go with Johnny . Do not come back here or join this fight . Stay at home " ; she said to me as she handed me off to Johnny . 

" Come on kiddo " ; he said as he picked me up and flew back to Baxter building .
