A few days after one of the most wholesome dinners Wooyoung has had with Yunho in what feels like forever since the last time before that, he finds himself walking to the Aurora base again like he usually would. He has not been back here for a good week now, but is kind of looking forward to today's travel mission. Not because of San of course. No, he is just glad to get out of the house again and see some other world that no one else is ever going to see again after he and San are done there.

But when he walks through the entrance to the hideout, his smile is quick to die down as he enters the area to a very hushed and loud discussion between Seonghwa and Hongjoong.

They walk in a messy pattern within a small imaginary field within close reach to the seat Hongjoong was sitting on until just before Wooyoung walked in. They seem to be in thought, yet so clearly there as well and it immediately hits Wooyoung, making it very clear to him that they are pretty damn worried about something. So Wooyoung gets worried as well and carefully approaches them while looking around. But it is indeed just the three of them here. There is no sight of either San or Yeosang and Wooyoung is surprised to not even see his travel partner here. San would never be late for or completely skip missions. He takes them too seriously for that.

"Can you not just try again?" Seonghwa asks Hongjoong with clear worry and panic in his voice, still walking from one imaginary spot to another and repeating the action. Hongjoong just sighs and stands in front of the seat he was on before, both hands in his sides as his eyes stay on their leader. Neither of the two seems to have noticed Wooyoung though and that is part of why Wooyoung just knows that something is very clearly and severely off. At least Hongjoong would have noticed him if he had a clearer mind. He would always be focused enough to make decent use of his heightened senses. So right now, he is clearly not fully there either.

"Hwa, I tried several times already. He did not answer the first time and he did not answer the following fifteen times either.", Hongjoong says, once again sighing out audibly, "Yeosang only said they were currently not talking at all and he does not want to see him for some time. But he also doesn't r know where he is or could be."

"He has to be somewhere though!", Seonghwa yells back as he finally stops walking as well and looks into Hongjoong's eyes. He gulps when he realizes how much he must have surprised Hongjoong by suddenly raising his voice like he just did. He rarely ever does that and it becomes evident in how much distress he currently is. It becomes so evident that he immediately apologizes to the other before he decides to continue talking, "He would not just disappear like that. Something must have happened and it must have made him decide to go. But I know San at least a little bit by now and I know for sure that he cared too much about that damn wish to just leave for good without at least talking to me about it."

Wooyoung's eyes widen at that and he gasps slightly, almost inaudibly.

"San is gone? He left Aurora?"

The oldest members of the group finally notice Wooyoung's presence and then turn to look at him. They can tell that the news surprise Wooyoung just as much as he cannot understand just why in god's name his obnoxious high school bully and current travel partner would leave Aurora just like that. He might not really know or understand San and he might never actually do so either, but he knows for a fact that San would not abandon that wish reward.

He pushed through every single mission with Wooyoung because of it, did what he could to help Seonghwa and his family with all of what they are doing. It would be absolutely ridiculous to just give up and leave now. Just like that and absolutely out of nowhere. Wooyoung knows it cannot be his fault though. He has not seen San in some time after all.

San might just be some selfish, homophobic bastard, but he knows to work for his goals and his biggest goal all along seemed to be the mere existence of an unconditional wish as his reward for all the travels for and energy he is putting into the agency and its business.
