...

Yoshiko and Shinsou lay in bed with Bear snuggling them both, sleeping while Yoshiko and Shinsou watched shorts with the lights offed. Shinsou scrolled while Yoshiko's head rested on his shoulder. She laughed at a video while Shinsou subtly smiled.

He scrolled and stopped on another short. This one looked as if it had been captured from a CCTV camera. A man dressed in grim reaper clothes appeared behind a man stacking crates in a truck. He wiped the sweat off his forehead and turned around. He came face to face with the man cosplaying as the reaper, face covered with a mask. He had a scythe on his back, but didn't use it. Instead, he put his hand on the man's chest. He made a pulling motion a glowing string came out of the man's chest. The 'reaper' pulled the entire string out of him. His body dropped lifelessly to the ground.

"What the...?" Shinsou muttered. The 'reaper' then disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Yoshiko's throat tightened because of the creeps it gave her.

"Do you think it's real?" Yoshiko asked.

"Don't know." He checked the description. The video had just been posted three days ago and had seven million views. The comments were all in Japanese. Some of them said it was real, while some said it was staged.

"Probably a movie scene," Shinsou said. Yoshiko pursed her lips. Didn't look like a movie scene to her. But then, in the internet world, it wasn't easy to tell what was real and what was not.

"It's one," Shinsou said, turning his phone off. He lowered his head onto the pillow. Yoshiko's head was now on his arm, with Bear sleeping on top of him. They had kicked the blankets off since Bear's fur was really warm.

"Hey, Yosh?" He said.

"Mm?" She replied, staring at his ceiling.

"Let's go get ice cream."

"Don't you want to sleep?" She asked, propping up on one elbow to face him.

"As you can see, my eyes are wide open, and don't plan on closing any time soon." He said.

"Sure then." Yoshiko rolled her eyes.

Shinsou carefully shimmied out from under Bear. Yoshiko planted a kiss on Bear's head and put the blankets on him. Hopefully, he wouldn't wake up and make a racket. Shinsou tossed an extra jacket at Yoshiko, which she caught and threw over her tank top.

They tiptoed into the kitchen to the backyard door. The main door was being watched by a camera. Trying to be as quiet as possible, Shinsou grabbed a bowl from the cabinet. Since the door had an automatic lock, Shinsou put the bowl in between the door so it wouldn't close fully after stepping outside. They silently laughed at each other as they walked out of the U.A. grounds, shushing each other when they got too loud.

The moon was out. A beautiful crescent. Yoshiko looked up as she walked beside Shinsou, hands in the jacket's pockets. The crescent moon was Daisuke's favourite. Yoshiko smiled at it. A smile full of grief. Shinsou followed her gaze and looked up to see the moon. He took her hand and squeezed it reassuringly.

"You know I'm here to listen." He said.

"Of course."

"Then why do you bottle up your feelings?" He asked in hopes that she'd let him share her worries.

"I'm not bottling up anything." Yoshiko took her hand back.

"Yoshiko, please-"

"I'm not hiding anything." She interrupted. Shinsou sighed. If he pushed her anymore she'd get mad and completely shut him out.
