The mind his own was in an awful haze. A lot of things were in constant delicate status, all because of that one stranger boy who appeared earlier that day. Isaac knew it was not on the stranger's fault, but he was the fuse that would wake Kyedoth's biggest inhumanity. One thing was for sure, Isaac and Lola would have to be prepared.

Both of them were sitting in the car for almost forty long minutes, waiting for Angelina's sign for them to start - and since her guess about the guy's origin was probably fully correct, a risky task was assigned to their heads. During one of the coldest nights of the year so far, Isaac and Lola were about to rescue the boy, breaking into the research and training camp that he was transferred by a specialized crew of the biggest military entity of the country. It was ordered from the President himself that the stranger needed to be under 36h watch until he could figure a way to deal with it properly. The entire nation was scared. The occurring fact was something unexpected, that never happened before. Online, many people declared it was the beginning of a curse sent by the Gods, while other said it could be the savior of the nation. Qorjal was dominated by different group of faithfuls but the non-believers were present as well.

When it comes about the duo's current task, the difficulty was in unimaginable levels. The problem with the camp was the responsible for its happening. Overgrown with militaries, the place was fully controlled by the Federal Opus. The field had five hundred thousand acres of extension with constructions on the ground and below it. Thankfully, Angelina was an important entity to the government and got the location precisely, plus she advised them with some secret spots that would facilitate the process of getting inside.

Isaac's phone rang low. His palms were sweaty when he picked it up. "About time, mother." His voice was calm, besides the nervousness. Isaac would never allow someone to see him like this, sad, confused, or incapable. The only thing people could see in him is an outrage. "Isaac, please respect," Angelina said strictly. "This place feels like hells but way fancier..." She was walking while talking, so her words were continuous as if she was paying attention to things happening around her. All the mixed voices and sounds were clear to hear in the background of the call. "I'd like you to check the private channel of your PAD. Everything you need to know about the boy is on the file I sent you."

"Thank you, mother. Lola is reading it." Isaac started driving, getting out of the alley he parked and running into an avenue. By this time of the night, the streets were mostly empty. Mainly because some of the monsters from outside walk freely once in a while. Nobody ever knew why, how, or when - the entire population just decided to lock themselves at home. "How did you get this information so fast?"

"The file came into the lab as I expected - being a director has its privileges. The boy was sent to the camp so he could be examined in detail and I fear for him. You know how the Opus works. In detail means they will study every single thing in his body. They will do horrible things to the kid."

"Okay, mother. We got this and we will bring him safely." Snow just started falling from the sky and Isaac mentally thought that it better not create those heavy layers of snow during the time they would be in the camp. He didn't come in the car with snow tires. "Did you think about how we can get inside?"

"I did and you won't like it. You need to enter through the old sewage treatment system. It was used as a way to transport... things away from the camp but it got shut down centuries ago. I believe it has a door that is sealed electronically - so I have a contact inside and he'll open the door for you. Just knock on it twice, but lightly. And don't worry, the tunnes are big so you won't be covered in shit, just your feet. Plus, watch out for cameras. There will be a lot since that's a military camp, but Abilly will take care of some of them for you. Anyway, honey, I'm meeting your father right now so we can go home. Good luck, be safe, I love you."
