"Mrs. Bethervan? Mr. President is requesting your presence at the Polar Dome reunion room immediately. Said it was an urgent matter." That was Plyah who just took Angelina out of a DNA mapping process. She took off her glasses to see the girl standing smiling at the door. How someone that is part of Kyedoth's assistance crew can smile widely like that?

"Hey, Plyah. Tell him I'm on my way. Just gonna clean me real quickly." She responded to the girl, who nodded positively and left Angelina's lab later. She had a lab inside the State Union herself, and even though it was not as big as the others she used to work the place was quite useful because the equipment was the highest technology ever made so far.

Angelina did clean herself real quick. She didn't like to keep Kye waiting too long because she would have to deal with him complaining about her getting late and Angelina didn't want to spend more time than necessary around him. So she walked quickly to the Polar Dome room, making her heels sound repetitively at the porcelained tiles. She wore a beautiful executive dark blue dress with some tiny diamonds positioned around the neck collar. She passed through thousands of employees just as hurried as she was, walking through the hallways and getting into horizontal and vertical elevators. That was the life of someone who worked at the State Union 36/10. She did have some days off but most of the time she was there, at the lab, taking care of scientific institutions and her new interns, signing digital and physical documents. Besides having a routine that is so busy and insane, Angelina liked that and she wouldn't trade it for any other job.

When she arrived at the room, she instantly faced Kye screaming with some of his crew. Plyah was not there anymore, just Angelina, Kyedoth, and other three middle-aged men and women. Looked like they were having a reunion but probably things went out of control. "Welcome Angelina. Sit down." Said the president quickly, with no patience to waste more time. Angelina did as he said, but inside she rolled her eyes more than once for sure.

"What is going on?" She simply asked, crossing her legs next. "Lewart, tell Misses Bethervan what the hell just happened." The man named Lewart stood up from his chair. That was Lewart Deanor, he was responsible for the public relations of the president. Probably he was the one liable for making the media spread rumors that Gavin was the one behind all those attacks.

"Good morning, Mr. Bethervan. It is with great frustration and maybe sadness I come to inform you that somehow the media discovered that we have a virus running around the city for the past four weeks and we, the government, haven't said a thing about it." He was nervous, very nervous. His voice trembled as he looked at Angelina while talking. She furrowed her brows and crossed her arms, wondering firstly that only three people knew about that, which was herself, her assistant, and Kyedoth. She didn't tell anyone for sure, her assistant much less, so it left only Kyedoth to explain how the media discovered such a thing.

"May I ask you how did this leak? Because My assistant confirmed that only the three of us were aware of that virus which I was mapping the DNA before getting here."

"Your assistant told someone." He said simply as that, throwing the guilt up a 20-year-old intern without a second thought.

"No, he didn't. I'm 100% sure he didn't." Kye looked angry at Angelina, thinking how she dared to answer him that way. "What is done is done, Mr. President. We can't do anything about it. We will have a press conference and explain to them the truth. Simple as that."

"And we better do it quickly." Lewart said suddenly. "Death rates increased 88% here in the capital, where we have the highest population."

'See? Your people are dying, Mr. President. It is not the time to hide things from the public, and yes inform them so they can protect themselves from the virus. It won't be long until I come up with a solution. Since we're going public with it, I'll have a bigger team on my side to work on a vaccine." She simply said, getting up next. Angelina was completely out of patience that day, so Kye's threatening glares and deathly phrases wouldn't get on her nerves. "Mr. President, I ask you to please gather the representatives of the main journalistics portals at the 1st Symposium Room so I can give them an answer."
