THE PRESIDENTIAL SUCCESSION AND PROTECTION ORDER – ACT l

The Presidential Succession – first act has been enacted with the primary objective of preserving the stability and continuity of leadership within the nation. By establishing a robust framework for presidential succession, this legislation ensures that in any circumstance where the incumbent President is unable to fulfill their duties, a suitable and eligible successor, who is a direct blood relative of the current President, assumes the role.

The succession will be held once this document is presented in the State Union, to the Main Executive Committee of Deputies and Ministers. They are obligated by law to open a vote for the dismissal of the current leader of the nation. This law also dismisses any attempts of invalidity and exclusion coming from high authorities, such as the current President and their fellow supporters. The voting dismisses the participation of any civilians, having the presence of ministers, deputies, chiefs of State and courts of executive and legislative power only. The involved individuals, such as the President and its successor are dismissed from the voting as well.

The boys looked at the file without knowing what to say or what to do. There were five other pages for them to read, but they were still processing what this document contained. The pages adorned with golden signs and black formal letters showed it was real and it had a big value. It was a law that was guaranteeing Gavin's safety around the city and it gave them a chance to open a voting for the presidential substitution. It also marked the importance of keeping the highest rank inside the bloodline, but it was not on Gavin's plans. Something that also caught them off guard was the fact that the voting can only be conducted by political entities, and not by the population alongside them, which was the idea they first thought.
