So..............

Scp 914 is my super power or how the locals of this world calls it 'quirk'

If you didn't know Scp's are anomalies a and this specific anomaly have the unique ability to upgrade and gain special abilities or downgrade an object of interest to it's component

So a quick rundown on what I can do

ROUGH - give it to a super strong toddler and you are left with a broken object

COARSE - dissembling and separating an object into various parts

1-1 - transform the object into something similar to the original but keeping the exact amount of mass it originally had

FINE - This is the fun stuff, this will grant an object a unique ability, for example a flute that can control rats or a time piece that can temporarily stop time at a certain location it can be anything as long as I have the object and an idea of what it can do, however the stronger the effect of the object the harder it will be affected by limitations

VERY FINE - this is FINE but on steroids with an interesting twist, interesting enough that I would rather not spoil the fun

Sadly, There are limitations on ability

It is can upgrade living being but it is incredibly painful, painful enough that I will only do to this under desperate circumstances and NEVER to myself or anyone ever again! This I swear

I am pretty sure a bit of my sanity has been lost, that or it's the morals that went missing

Only those with strong will can have a small chance of surviving that pain

But I am thankful for this ability as it allowed to do great things, sure 682's adaptability with have made me invincible but it would be boring after a while

So after mentioning all of this information it is finally time to continue my story through this wonderful world of Heroes and Villains

California, San Bernardino

The beautiful City of San Bernardino

Compared to the past, San Bernardino's crime rate has drop, maybe it has something to do with the crater that formed a lake in the middle of the city has something to do with this, who knows!

But our dear Protagonist after wandering the streets of California like a hobo for a couple days he landed in a less friendly part of the city where he now works in a somewhat shady 3 story building with a Pawn shop on the bottom floor called ' B's Pawn Shop' in neon lights run by a old but large Russian man locally called Big B

Now He buys and sells to Villa- ahem! customers who are a bit down on their luck and sometimes on a lucky or unlucky day, Heroes but that depends on who you ask
