Julian's POV-

The day was going pretty smoothly even after arriving to my last period for the day, though strangely enough I noticed how my friends and practically most of the troupe is seemingly to be avoiding me for reasons obviously unknown to me of course. Which I found already confused to not knowing exactly why, not to also include feeling a little bit outcast enough as a regular joe. I wanted to see if I could talk to anyone at the moment but I guessed that wouldn't be good so instead I just listened and payed attention to the class work before the bell would go off again to end the school day as usual.

Beep!

Afterwards I went to get to leave, however I had just remembered that I couldn't really go home since I was told to stay here in the auditorium for the time being. Which in hindsight wasn't bad since I wouldn't have to walk all the way back to my house and especially after thinking about the near death experience I had, best to be somewhere I am familiar with and knowing the guarantee that I was watched over. But if I was to be in the auditorium, what's to say I couldn't go anywhere else around the school area as well. Then I had gotten another thought into mind, Selina would probably be walking out to leave the school so maybe I could get a chance to go and perhaps have the opportunity to talk to her a bit more.

Soon with no one else looking towards my direction, though that is since they were keeping their distance from me as well, I exited out from the auditorium and out into the main area of the school. It was a more open space type of school with a large gap from the bus area all the way towards the track on the other side, with a bunch of students coming out to leave the school which made it a bit difficult for me to see where exactly Selina was at. Though as luck would have I was just at the moment where I suddenly collided with another person who fell to ground while I just stumbled a bit from the collision. The person had dropped a few of their belongings so after giving a quick apology I knelt down to help with the things that fell. Which I took a look at who it was that I had crashed into, and as my luck just increased it was Selina.

"Oh hey, you're in my history class right?" Selina questioned after standing back.

"Yeah, I'm the boy who you sit next to on the right." I replied with a small smile.

"I'm... I'm really sorry but I don't believe I gotten your name." She responded in a nervous small laugh.

"My name is Julian, like the lemur from Madagascar. But spelled differently." I answered rubbing the back of my neck realizing what I just said.

"I see, well my name Selina. It's a pleasure to meet you...well talk to you for once personally." She spoke with another small laugh.

"The pleasure is all mine, I actually was looking around to talk to you actually." I said.

"Really? What about?" She asked.

"Well although we haven't discussed with each other besides small greetings, I was wondering if you aren't busy with anything that maybe you and I can talk some more. Like besides in class of course." I stated.

"Oh, like to get to know each other? That's fine with me and I don't have much going on outside of school so it's cool." She answered in return.

"That's, that's great. Maybe we can even hang out some more outside of school too." I then suggested. "Plus if you have any issues with other classes I'll be glad to help."

"Yeah, I guess so I mean there's science that I am having some trouble with." She commented.

"Oh, I'm actually really good with science. Heck I'd say excellent even so I can help with that." I replied.

"Really? If I'm being honest you don't really look much like the one interested in science, no offense." She remarked.

"I understand that, but looks can be deceiving am I right?" I remarked in return.
