I would Come back to opening my eyes again to see myself back at the school grounds with everything appearing still damaged and though both the giant and The Lich were no where to be seen which meant it had worked, The Lich was defeated which meant it was all over. I looked up to see my brother had vanished once again though I would turn my attention over to seeing Crawley laying his head right on my shoulder. I would try to lift my hand to pet him though that was when I felt something was off in the sense that I couldn't feel my arm and so looking down I would see the aftermath of what had happened to me as result of standing in the line of fire of the attack.

Julian: Woah....well that's disarming. And that was a bad pun...
Hyde: Geez, what the hell happened to you?
I would hear Hyde's voice coming down from one of the buildings and landing several feet away from where I was standing and glancing to my wound in slight surprise. I would try to use my other hand to grab at whatever was still there on my other side only to feel the dripping of my own blood on my hand in the process.
Julian: Might've taken a dirty shot, took down the corpse at least.
Hyde: Who's the worm?
Julian: This is my pet Crawley.
Hyde: Pretty ugly pet.
Julian: For your information he's a great pet.
Hyde: Shouldn't you be concerned about your injury?
Julian: This...tis but a scratch.
Hyde: A scratch? Your left arms gone.
Julian: So, I'll be fine.
Hyde: Try telling that to everyone else.
Before long I looked behind Hyde and would witness Selina running ahead of everyone else coming towards my direction and from their expression I can assume that they were all in shock and some bit of horror to seeing their friend and student with a large hole through the body with one of their limbs gone. Though I stood in place I had almost fell back once Selina came nearly tackling me with a hug with a few tears in her eyes as he lightly punched my other shoulder.
Selina: You idiot, you said you wouldn't get yourself killed!
Julian: That wasn't what I said, nor did I make a promise either.
Selina: That still doesn't justify doing something so reckless! What if you died??
Julian: But I didn't.
Selina: You know what I meant!
Julian: Then it would've been a good way to go out.
Selina: You moron! We just went through a bunch of monsters to protect you!
Julian: Okay okay I get it...
Selina: I don't think you do, I wasn't going to lose a friend like you...
