How did we get from here?

Minji's POV

"How did we get from here?...."

"Anger....revenge...hate...forgiveness...hope....love... bleeding....how did we get from here?"

An hour ago I was standing in front of a door with my eyes in disbelief, behind that door was the person who took my life and brought it back again.

Hell when I entered, I shivered in fear, fear that she would hate me and once again drove me to pain. I wanted to take a step back from that room and walk away but yet I stayed, not knowing what would happen..but I stayed.

There I saw the most stunning beauty that ever walked on earth. Her eyes, her voice, her lips, and her smile is like the perfect painting I have ever seen. And when I saw her smile at me, my whole being seemed to elevate to life.

She searched for me. She has forgiven me. She misses me. She still loves me. Words can't describe how happy I am.

Happy...it's been a while since I felt that way...I have forgotten how it did feel..a feeling that once you've experience it..you would never want to lose again. And I don't want to lose her again.

But why is this happening...I'm fighting...but...but...I'm losing consciousness..my eyes are starting to blur.....I can feel my heart slowly beating...and I...I feel so cold...

Minji: How did we get from here?....

I know she has a lot of suitors, many will like her. She's freaking Hanni Pham and I knew she was going out with him, I couldn't help myself being jealous so I had to walk out and clear my head. Just a take of fresh air outside of the building and I would be fine.

I received a call from Kazuha. This time she informed me that the drug lord's identity has been revealed. I couldn't believe it at first but somehow the puzzle seems to fit, it's the least person you expect, your friend could be your enemy, and this is what happened to Ambassador Pham. His close friend for the past years was the one who ambushed him and in the process involved the death of my family.

Phone conversation

Minji: Are you sure with your findings Zuha?

Kazuha: affirmative. It's Mr. Sim... Ambassador Pham has been strict with all the exports and imports here in Korea, Mr. Sim took the matter on his hand to get rid of his obstacle and that's killing Ambassador Pham but he was unsuccessful because you stepped in...when he couldn't get the job done..

Minji: he decided to be close to him..so that no one will suspect him..he deceived Ambassador Pham to cover up his tracks.

Kazuha: eh? How'd you know?

Minji: I'm guilty of that as well...because...I have done that...

Kazuha: Honestly Min, your criminal thinking still amazes me.

Minji: not my best moments Zuha..anyway...uhm...I met her..

Kazuha: met who?

Minji: her...she evaluated me.. And gosh! I almost fainted seeing her!

Kazuha: Hanni!? Oh!!! You have to tell me the details! Hahaha!

Minji: no way!

Kazuha: Why?? Wait...hmmm...did you two do some sneaky thing? Hahahaha!

Minji: Huh n-no! Where are you?

Kazuha: wow change topic! Haha. I'm on my way there,see you in a bit. Ciao!

Minji: ciao!

End of phone conversation

When the call ended, I felt someone approaching me, quickly I face who that person was. He was just looking at me with a sluggish smirk in his face.
