There once was a boy named Sky. A good boy. Always listened to his parents, stayed out of trouble, got good grades, and was also on the right path. After high school, he finally got a chance to go to his dream college and study to become an architect. Unfortunately, sometimes good things don't always last forever.
Enter a man named Gun. Good looking, charming, and gave off a bad boy type. Gun immediately caught Sky's attention, or should I say Sky caught Gun's attention? For Sky, this felt perfect. He had his own small studio close to campus, thanks to his uncle, and a charming man to hold onto. For Sky, this was freedom. Sky fell in love with Gun. So much so, he ignored the warning signs about Gun.
Little by little, Gun stripped away everything that made Sky who he was. Gun would try to isolate Sky. Sky couldn't visit his family or friends without Gun's permission, which he was barely given. Sky always seemed to be doing something wrong, or so he thought because of all the beatings Gun would give him. Luckily enough, Sky had good friends. They wouldn't let him go without a fight. They encouraged Sky to leave Gun, but to no avail. Sky was lost in the dream of true love. He thought that Gun was the one for him. His friends didn't want to force him to break up with Gun. It was his choice, though that didn't stop their worrying.
Unfortunately, they had a right to worry. One night, Gun invited a couple of his friends to his home and they all took turns hurting Sky. Sky screamed. He tried to to fight back, to no avail. After all was said and done, he managed to escape them. Broken and bleeding, he wandered his way down the street until he happened upon an alleyway. He leaned against a wall and slid down before crying himself to sleep. Unbeknownst to Sky, a cold front was sweeping through the city that night and Sky didn't make it alive through the night.
But don't worry. For Sky was a strong willed person. A good person who couldn't be held down forever. Inside of Sky was a tiny flame that grew on the angry and sadness he felt. That flame refused to let him die. So Sky had woken up the next morning, not completely human but filled with thoughts of revenge.
