"Oh come on dad. I'm really sick." Sky heard a voice say.

Sky had awoken in his room to a voice talking. He turned his head to see P'Pai standing in his bedroom doorway, talking on the phone, with his back to Sky.

"Okay, fine. My boyfriend's sick." Prapai said.

"I'm serious. I wanted to help him, so I took a couple days off work."

Prapai laughed before saying, "Don't worry so much old man. It's not good for your health."

"Alright alright. I have to go. I'll talk to you soon." Prapai said before hanging up and turning around to see Sky sitting up in bed.

"Hey, Sky. How are you feeling?" Pai asked as he walked to the bed and sat down.

Pai felt Sky's forehead and said, "Your fever's gone down. That's good but you're still a little pale. You should get some more rest."

"Why are you here?" Sky asked.

"For you. Why else would I be here?"

"How long have I been sick?"

"About a week." Pai replied.

"A week?! My assignments are late. I had a major project coming up. Also, what if something came up with the Fresh Seniority Event? I have to go-"

"Calm down, Sky." Prapai said. He grabbed Sky's hands and rubbing them between his own.

"No. What if they need help at the university?" Sky asked.

While still panicking, Sky started to get up. Prapai rushed to push him back onto the bed.

"You're still sick. You need to rest." Prapai said.

"But what if-"

"No what ifs. Rain has said he'll take care of everything at the school. Right now, you need to focus on getting better." Prapai said before getting Sky to lay and tucking him in.

"Now I'll be back. I'm going to get you some food so you can take some medicine. Don't leave!" Prapai said before walking away.

Sky screamed as he ran as fast as he could. He could hear Gun and his friends gaining speed behind him. Sky could hear their taunts and feel their joy at seeing his pain. Sky knew he had to keep running. He didn't want to give up. Unfortunately, he tripped and fell to his knees.

Sky felt a hand touch his hair and he opened his mouth to scream before he heard a soft voice begin talking to him.

"It's okay. Don't be afraid. I'm right here."

Sky opened his eyes to see Prapai looking down at him as he lay on the bed. Prapai was hovering over him and brushing Sky's hair off his forehead.

"P'Pai? Are you really here?" Sky asked Prapai.

"Yes. I'm here."

Sky leaned forward and hugged Prapai. He felt Prapai arms wrap around him and Sky began to cry.

"Please don't leave. I don't want to have another dream like that."

"Don't worry. I'm not going anywhere." Prapai reassured Sky.

Sky awoke another night to the sound of hissing. He opened his eyes and looked around his room but couldn't find Prapai anywhere. He felt the need to go to the bathroom and began to get up, only to fall back onto the bed. Sky's felt a bit queasy and the room was beginning to spin. He sat still for few moments to collect himself, before slowly starting the journey to the bathroom.

"Sky, hold on." Prapai said as he walked into the room, placed down something that Sky could see, and helped Sky to the bathroom.

"I've got it." Sky told Prapai.

"No you don't. Let me help you." Prapai persisted.

Prapai was preparing to leave as Sky watched him. Sky was anxious for Prapai to leave. Not because he wanted Prapai to leave but more like, a part of Sky wanted Prapai to stay.

"You don't have to come back. I'm perfectly fine now." Sky said.

"You don't have to put on a brave face. I know you'll miss me." Prapai said with a cheeky grin.

'No I won't. You should hurry up and get going."

Prapai turned to face Sky and said, "You know, I'm beginning to feel a little cheap. You using me and then tossing me to the side is really gonna make me sad."

"Well then what do you want?"

"You know what I want Sky."

"No. I'm not sleeping with you."

"Okay so you don't know what I want." Prapai sighed.

"All I want from you is for you to open up a bit. Perhaps answer my calls and texts. Don't shut the door immediately in my face when I drop by. I just want to spend some time with you. Unfortunately, I missed out on work this past week and I need to go in."

"That's it?" Sky asked while sounding very sceptical.

Prapai laughed before saying, "Don't look so shocked. I'm not a complete asshole."

Prapai gathered his things and headed for the door. Meanwhile, Sky was trying to wrap his head around what Prapai had said.

"Oh and Sky?" Prapai called from near the front door.

Sky turned to him and Prapai told him about the food that was leftover in the fridge. Prapai wanted Sky to finish it and head back to bed.

Prapai was almost out the door when Sky called his name. Sky walked over to Prapai and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

"I don't like owing people." Sky said before pushing Prapai out the door, locking it, and leaning against the door.

"You got away this time because I wasn't prepared. I'll be ready next time." Prapai said through the door.

"There won't be a next time, you psycho." Sky said, before smiling to himself.
