The weekend had finally arrived and Sky wanted to do something special. He called Prapai and asked him to "hang-out". Though Prapai would probably call it something else, Sky hoped he would say yes. Which of course he did.
Sky had taken Prapai to a local barbecue spot for lunch. Prapai had told him that barbecue was a favorite of his, so Sky researched the perfect spot for them to go. Sky was so busy grilling and making sure Prapai had all the perfectly charred pieces, that he almost missed the smile Prapai had on his face.
"What's that look for?" Sky asked before placing some meat on his own plate.
"This is nice. Be careful. With all your pampering, I might end up getting spoiled." Prapai answered.
"You're already spoiled. That's why your so shameless."
"Aw. You guys are so cute." A voice came from the side of them.
They both turned to find the waitress putting down two small bowls of rice. After she had walked away, Sky's face was as red as can be. He even to sunk down into his chair.
"Why are you turning red?" Prapai asked.
"Shh! Keep your voice down. People are already getting the wrong idea." Sky whispered back.
"What are you talking about?"
"That lady thinks I'm your boyfriend." Sky said while turning even more red.
"Oh. That is unacceptable. MISS!" Prapai said calling out to the waitress a few tables away.
"What are doing?!" Sky asked mortified.
"Yes?" She asked after coming back to our table.
"I think you have us mistaken." Prapai said before pointing to Sky.
"He's not my boyfriend. I'm his husband. And we'll take two more glasses of lemonade please." Prapai said with the biggest grin.
"Congratulations. I'll be right back with your drinks." She said with a small laugh before walking away.
"Oh my god! Why would you do that?" Sky asked Prapai.
"You looked uncomfortable with the fact that she thought I was your boyfriend, so I cleared up the mistake. Or should I have also said you're my husband as well. MISS-" Prapai was cut off by Sky's hand as he reached across the table and covered Prapai's mouth.
Sky let go of Prapai's face when the drinks were delivered. Sky thanked her for them and continued on with his meal as if nothing had happened.
After the meal, Sky took Prapai to a nearby store to pick up some school supplies. Sky didn't really need any of this. He already had enough supplies to last him the semester but he wanted to spend some more time with Prapai before going home.
"Don't you already have these things?" Prapai suddenly asked as they walked around the store.
"Ye-No. No. I mean I did, but they were stolen so I needed to get some more." Sky said while hoping he was convincing.
"I see. But don't they usually sell these things on campus?"
"But... they're cheaper here. Stop asking so many questions. Aren't you going to help me shop?" A flustered Sky asked.
"Yes sir." Prapai said as he saluted Sky.
They finally made it back to Sky's studio and Sky immediately went to his desk to work on some schoolwork.
