Let's meet again

Let's meet again,
Shall we?
And start fresh,
Leaving our past ash,
That burned us quite badly.

Let's meet again,
Coincidently on a street,
where you stop in your tracks and set your eyes on me,
I will eagerly take that moment to reciprocate.

Let's meet again,
when your heart is feeling particularly strong and whole,
so that I might have the honour of borrowing it and keeping it safe

Let's meet again,
When no other princess is waiting for you,
And this little prince can see my efforts.

Let's meet again,
Near your favourite place,
'Cause it's mine too,
and walk silently, holding hands together and enjoying one another's company.

Let's meet again,
And not waste time,
Let's not walk past each other by, as we have done before, and hear our hearts being shattered again.
Let us take the time to truly connect and savor the moments we have together.
