Chap 10

(Mumei's pov)

"W-who was it?"

"It was Miss Ouro." I slowly sat up.

"What did she want?"

"She just came to give you back your card and wanted to talk about the test today."

"I see."

"Mumei don't sit up, just keep lying down. Your face is all red." I coughed a bit as I layed back down.

"Mumei, I'm gonna cancel my classes for the rest of today and I'm going to stay by your side ok?"

"Fauna, it's not that bad"

"Mumei, your body is all warm and your face is red."

"Fine. But if you're grades drop don't blame me hmph"

Fauna giggled at me and then sat down on a chair.

(Kronii's pov)

(Serve fever huh?......) I jumped on my seat whenI heard the bell ring. (Geez that scared the shit out of me) I looked at the clock across from the room and realized that I have no more students to teach. I got off my chair and grabbed my stuff. When I went outside I started my motorcycle and left the school area.

(Wait where am I even going?) I rode around on my motorcycle not even knowing where I'm driving to. My mind kept getting clouded with that memory of Mumei kissing me.

(Her lips.......were so soft......)

"Hey watch out!"

"Huh?" I looked ahead of me and then crashed into a tree. When I opened my eyes I groaned in pain. My motorcycle was smoking a bit as my arm was bleeding. I carefully stood up and stood my motorcycle up too. I looked around and realized I rode all the way to a park.

I looked at my phone and then quickly got on my ride.

(was I knocked out for that long?! And nobody even helped me?! Damn, people are cruel.) I started up the engines as then more smoke came out of my vehicle. I rode as fast as I could to the cafe. When I arrived I saw Kaela and her friend laughing at a table.

"Sorry I'm a bit late."

"Eh? What happened to your arm?"

"Oh, just a bit of a graze on my way here is all." I sat down across from Kaela.

We kept talking and laughing till it was getting late. Zeta started to head to the door as Kaela then stood up.

"Ah, Kaela, I've made up my mind."

"I see, and what is your decision?"

"I'm sorry Kaela, but I still don't feel that way about you." Kaela stood silent.

"That's ok. It was worth a shot anyways." Kaela then waved at Zeta and left with her. My mind immediately got clouded with Mumei again. Her smile, her shyish behavior,.......

(Am I in love with her?........no.....I can't....I don't want this to repeat like before......but...I can't hide it.......)

I looked at my watch and saw the time.

(Ah, I should probably get back....)

When I got back home I hung my keys on the rack and walked to my bedroom. I laid down and stared at the ceiling. I turned my body around wanting to sleep but then I got distracted. I stood up and walked to it. I held the picture in my hands as I remembered that moment.

It was a picture of me and a girl who had her arms around me.

(I'm sorry......it's all my fault that you're gone......) I grabbed the picture out of the frame and threw it in the trash.

Ok Ik I posted 2 chaps today but I literally made another just so I can say this. I've been thinking of writing another story while I write this one, not sure when I'll publish it but if I do it will be in my pfp.
