Later that night, everyone was kicked out once visiting hours were over, including Levi. I laid in my hospital bed and realized this was for the most part, the first time I would have to sleep without Levi by my side since we got together. I felt a tear role down my cheek as I lay there struggling to fall asleep.

I heard a soft tap on the door and looked over to see Levi standing in the door way. "I thought you needed a cuddle buddy," he said quietly and with a smirk on his face.

"How did you get in here?" I asked just as quietly.

"That's for me to know," he said as he walked over to me. I felt the bed shift and soon felt his arms wrap around me.

"Levi, why are you here?" I asked even though the answer was unimportant to me.

"I can't sleep without my princess by my side." he spoke into my shoulder.

"Levi, what have we talked about?"

"Never call you princess." he said like a grumpy child.

"Bingo!" I said with a yawn.

"Harley, baby get some sleep." he murmured sounding exhausted.

That night I feel asleep with the man I love by my side, just like every night since we got together. I will have to admit that Levi sneaking into the hospital was rather sexy, but sleep soon took over before I could mention it to him.

I fell into a deep sleep and soon started dreaming. The dream seemed so real and soon turned into a nightmare. The next thing I knew, Levi was shaking me and trying to wake me up. "Harley, honey wake up! Its just a dream, calm down I am here!"

I woke up and soon tears began pouring out as I sobbed. "Harley, honey talk to me," Levi said in a pleading voice.

"It was terrible Levi. James didn't make it and then you left me and the band broke up and I just, I just don't want to talk about it for fear it might be true."

"Harley, it was just a dream. You heard the doctor, James is a fighter and he is going to be okay because of it. I promise you Harley, I will never leave you and I am determined to make you my wife. You, James, and I are going to be a happy family with our two other kids, Kenney and Jason and we are going to tour the world and perform and meet all of our fans."

"Really?" I asked looking up at him, as he was now straddling me. If anyone would have come in at that moment, they would think something entirely different was going on.

"Really Harley," he murmured. "I will stop at nothing to give you the happy ending that you deserve."

With that he slowly began to lean down and soon our lips connected. Our lips moved in perfect synchronization and he was quick to deepen the kiss. I moaned softly as his lips traveled down my neck and to my collar bones. "Harley," he whispered as his lips returned to my lips. "I love you," he spoke as he pulled away, way too soon for my liking.

I looked up at him with a pout. "Harley, don't look at me like that," he groaned.

"Like what," I said playfully, moving my hand down his chest.

He bit his lip and gently plopped down beside me. "Harley, I can't believe I am the one saying this, but one kid is enough right now. I don't want to risk another one."

I pouted again, but pecked his cheek before burring my head in his chest and closing my eyes as I inhaled his scent. I soon fell asleep and for once was glad that not a single dream tried to invade the peacefulness.

"Why am I not surprised," I heard someone say from next to the bed.

I blinked as the morning sun poured into the room. As I moved I felt Levi shift beside me, but remain asleep. I looked around and my eyes soon landed on Levi's mother.

She smiled at me and motioned for me to follow her. I got up slowly, careful to not wake Levi and followed her into the hallway.

"Hailey." She spoke softly, "Thank you."

"For what?" I asked confused.

"For changing him."

"What do you mean?" I asked, still confused.

"We used to be so worried about him, especially after Lillian. We were afraid that he would never get over her and would continue just using girls. We felt almost positive that after he found out that you were pregnant, that he would just leave without another thought. Of course we hoped and prayed that he would stand by your side and do the right thing. You changed him Hailey, you brought back my baby. Before the two of you get together, I thought I was going to lose him for good. He would hardly say a word to me or his father and he just seemed so sad all the time, like he had no reason left to live."

I felt tears come to my eyes and felt his mother wrap her arms around me. "I didn't change him," I whispered.

His mother pulled back slightly and looked at me was a questioning look.

"He changed me." I said letting out a breath that I did not know I was holding.

I heard Levi stirring in my hospital room and a smile soon grew on my face. "Someone is about to panic when he realizes you aren't there." she said chuckling.

I rolled my eyes, not thinking she was right.

"Harley!?" I heard him say, rather loudly I might add.

"Shall we?" his mom asked, motioning towards the door.

I nodded and led the way back into my hospital room. "Oh Harley! Thank goodness you are okay!" Levi said quickly getting up and picking me up in his arms and spinning me around. His lips were quick to connect with mine, but were just as quick to pull away. "Oh, um hey mom," he said sounding uncomfortable.

I giggled as he slowly back away. His mom smiled at him and held out her arms. The smile on my face grew once he ran over to his mom and gave her a huge hug. The smile on his mother's face was priceless and I was happy that she felt like she had her old son back.
