Kenney and I finally caught up to Jason and Levi after practically having to run after them. Kenney ended up tackling Levi, that boy was way too excited to go meet girls.
I began to get nervous the closer we got to the party. Kenney felt me tense and lean over and whispered in my ear, "What's Hails?"
"Promise not to leave me at this party?" I asked. Parties always made me nervous, ever since I woke up about a month ago after getting drunk at a party...in a bed...that was Levi's...and he was in it...and I think "things" happened. I quickly tried to push that memory out of my mind. No one knows except for Levi and Kenney, not even Jason.
Kenney wrapped me up in a hug and softly traced circles in my back, "You know I'll take care of you Hailey" he whispered pulling away and placing a kiss on the top of my head.
He held out his arm again and I accepted. We hurried to catch up to the two impatient band members who were anxious to party, but to afraid to show up without us, cowards. The four of us smiled at each other and rounded the side of the bus to the party. Most of the bands were the lesser known bands, like us. The bigger bands were having their own party a few spots over, that is going to be us someday, I just know it.
I was surprised when THE Bryan Stars, walked up to us and introduced himself. "Hey I'm Bryan Stars, I'll be interviewing all the bands over the course of the tour"
"Hey man, nice to meet ya! I'm Levi Hansen and this is my band Rejects Unite." He said smiling before pointing to each of us, "and this is Jason Junes, my brother Kenney Hansen, and Hailey Sails, but call her Harley or she will flip on you" He added laughing.
"Haha good to know" he said laughing. And if I'm not mistaken, he also winked my direction. I shrugged it off, there's no way a guy like him would like a girl like me. I kept feeling Kenney tense up while we talked to Bryan.
Eventually, the need to party caught back up to Levi and he excused himself, as a very fake looking blonde walked by who eyed up Levi. He quickly ran off after her, leaving the rest of the band standing and chatting with Bryan. I leaned over to Kenney and tapped him on his shoulder. "What?" he asked.
I made a come closer motion with my hand, and he bent down so I could whisper in his ear, "I really have to pee!" I whispered softly. What I drank a can of Arizona before this, this girl has to pee soon or its not going to be pretty.
He started laughing and I smacked his shoulder. "Hey I'm sorry Bryan, Hails and I have to ditch the party for a bit, can't wait to talk to you again." If I didn't know better, I would say his tone was a little harsh, but I brushed it off.
"It was nice meeting you!" I called as Kenney dragged me back to the bus, knowing my complete fear slash hatred of port potties.
"Can't wait to interview you guys!" he called back.

I wasn't sure if it was just me, or if Bryan seemed upset about something, "You okay man?" I asked.
"I was just wondering if you knew anything about Harley?" he asked looking at the ground.
"What do you mean?"
"Is she single or is she with that Kenney guy?"
"Haha well based on what happened this morning when I mentioned Henney, I'm pretty sure they aren't together yet."
"Yet?"
"Yeah, Levi and I have had a bet since middle school of when they would get to together. Hasn't happened yet"
"So there just friends, that's good."
"Whoa whoa wait man, you like her don't you!"
"Yeah, maybe, I don't know. There's just something about her. Well I have to go, a lot of bands to meet." Bryan said nodding at me and walking away quickly. I sighed as I made me way around the party meeting some other bands and talking to the few girls that came up to me. I'll admit, I was no Levi when it came to looks and when it came to talking to girls. I always seem to say things that make me sound stupid to the girls who actually talk to me, which results in them leaving with some lame excuse. I took a deep breath and approached a brunette who I saw starring at me from time to time. My confidence grew as we started to talk and she actually laughed when I said stupid stuff.

I was screaming at Kenney as we approached the bus. He kept trying to make me laugh, which really was not helping the whole I really got to pee thing. He opened the bus door for me and a lunged inside, making a mad dash to the bathroom and slamming the door.
When I came out Kenney was laying on the couch with the Lion King in the DVD player waiting for me. "I hope you don't mind, I don't feel like partying" he said looking up at me.
"Not at all" I said, relieved I didn't have to go back to the party. Believe me I love to party, but I would much rather curl up and watch a movie with my best friend.
"Come here, I need someone to cuddle with during the scary parts"
"Oh you poor baby" I said walking over to the couch. As soon as I was close to the couch, his arms wrapped protectively around me and he pulled me down on the couch next to him. I smiled and rested my head on his chest. He pulled my zebra blanket over us and pressed play.
Sometime during the movie, we both had fallen asleep. We were awoken by the bus door being quickly pulled open. We shot up and I leaned over to turn on a light. Levi came barging in with the blonde from earlier giggling behind him. They made their way to the bunk area, I groaned and Kenney got up and closed the door and then to close the door to the bunk area.
"I'm so sorry" he whispered kissing my cheek. Our movie was over, so he got up and turned up the stereo, putting on Black Veil Brides. He came back over to the couch and sat down. I sat up so I could lean my head on his shoulder. He kissed my forehead and apologized again for his brother.
I used to really like Levi, and Kenney knew it. He knew that it bugged me that Levi always brought girls home, but those feelings for him were long gone ever since the night he took advantage of me. I was at a party at Levi and Kenney's since their parents were out of town. I didn't plan on drinking a lot, if not at all, the next thing I know Levi is there and he is kissing me and leading me up to his room telling me he never realized how pretty I was...
Kenney began running his fingers through my hair like he always does, snapping me out of the flashback to that night. A tear slipped from my eye and he quickly brushed it away. "You're okay Hailey sweetheart" he murmured, brushing away another tear, "I am here and I always will be" He pulled me up so I was sitting on his lap. He gently put a finger under my chin and turned my head so I could look at him, "forever" he whispered as he slowly leaned closer to me....
