Loving The Enemy//Kai Parker

Chapter 10

Izabella's POV
I woke up, my leg handcuffed to the sofe in the Parker house. I tried to remember what happened yesterday. Suddenly, it hit me. Thanksgiving, Kai opening up to me, we, walking to the tree stump, and Kai finding out Jo hid her magic in the knife, then him, realizing I hid my vampire abilities and hitting me against the wall.
I felt something dropping on my face as I realized it was blood.
"Oh, you're awake, good." Kai said, grinning
"Let me Kai, please." I said trying to get out of the cuffs
"And why should I do that? To lie to me again?" He asked
"I said I was sorry, okay even if I said it sooner, you would have done the same." I said
"Yeah, you're right. That's why you shouldn't have done it at all. My god, you are really annoying. " He said, rolling his eyes
"And you are moodier than a woman on her period." I said getting annoyed
"Really, Izabella? I get it why your friends abdomen you here with me."He said casually
"And I get it why your family abdomen you here, you were just burden to them." I said confidently
"Well, I'm not the only one here that is abdomen by their family." Kai said getting angrier and closer to me
"They didn't abdomen me. I'm sure they're trying to find a way to bring me. I can't say the same for your family." I said

The atmosphere was thick. We were so close to each other. We could feel each others' heartbeat, and our lips were almost touching.
"Is it bad that I wanna kiss you right now?" He whispered, looking at my lips. I thought for a second before I replied
"Fuck it." I said and kissed him. He then went on the top of me and pinned me against the sofa. The kiss became hungrier and hungrier as we were both desperate for each other.

Kai's POV
Oh God, I forgot how kissing felt like. I love this feeling especially with her. She's the first girl that I have touched for a really long time, It gives extra points that she's hot as hell. But she's no more anything than this to me. She moaned lightly in mine mouth, making me giggle
We both pulled away breathless, shocked at what just happened
"Is it the right time to say that I found a way for us to escape this hell hole." I said grinning at what just happened
"How?"Izzy asked me
"Well, before I knocked you out I showed you the knife where my sister hid her magic. And it has magic there." I said happily

Izabella's POV
"OH MY GOD, WE'RE GOING HOME." I yelled and accidentally jumped on him from excitement. He grabbed me by the waist and pulled me to him
"When are we going back to Mystic Falls?" I question
"Well, I suppose now. So pack your things." He said, uncuffing me from the sofa and getting up. I got up after him

I again just packed my clothes, became I didn't need anything else, Kai, on the other hand packed his things he carried everywhere. His play cards and pager.
We went to the car, and Kai started driving
"I'm gonna drive faster to arrive earlier, so we can get home faster. About six or seven hours, we are going to be in Mystic Falls."He said

We were in the middle of our trip. I was admiring the view when Kai suddenly spoke up
"So what are you gonna do when we get home?" Kai asked curious
"Isn't it obvious? I'm gonna see my friends and family. And you?" I said smiling
"Isn't it obvious?" Kai said mocking me
"I'm gonna merge with my sister, become the leader of the Gemini's Coven, and kill my whole family." He said matter of factly. As I heard this sentence my face drops, and suddenly I remember why I was in this situation in first place, we didn't want to let Kai escaped this place, he then shot me and threatened to kill multiple times. But I pushed those thoughts away. He is the only way I could escape this place.

We arrived at Mystic Falls after 7 hours of driving. We went to the so called cave. And Kai began to prepare everything. For the eclipse
"Before I begin chanting are you sure you got all your baggage?" He asked. And I nod.
"Oh and one last thing. I knew what ypu were dreaming in the car Iz." He said winking at me. My eyes widened. But how? I must have been saying things about Kai or even moaning
"You kept saying 'oh God Kai, Kai don't stop.'." He said fake moaning
"Just lets forget about this." I said clearly shocked at what he just said
"Tume to get awkward." I said remembering what Damon said, putting my hand under Kai's.

He siphoned the magic from the knife and began chanting
It was getting brighter and brighter. Goodbye prison world, hope I never see you again.

We were at different place. We were at the graveyard in Mystic Falls. I put my hands away from Kai's. And stared at everything in disbelief.
"We are actually here." I said shocked
"Yup. After 18 years I'm finally free." He said grinning like a child
"So I'm gonna go now. Gotta see everyone." I said and started to walk away

I went to find Stefan and Damon. I went ot Elena's and Caroline's dorm. I opened the door just to see Elena and Damon making out.
"Didn't expect this to be my welcome home party." I said sarcasticly. As soon as he saw he got up.
"Iza?" He said in disbelief
"Hello brother." I said walking up to him for a hug
"I thought he killed you." Damon whispered softly to me
"But he didn't." I said happy tears floating in my eyes
"We gotta tell Stefan." Damon said
