Chpater 27

Izabella's POV
I wait in my room for Kai to come out of the shower. I heard the water stopped and the door opened. Kai walked out with a towel wrapped around his waist. I couldn't help but stare.
"Staring is rude, Iz." He teased
"Sorry."
He dropped his towel, and I quickly turned around.
"You could have warned me first." I said
"Don't be dramatic. You are literally pregnant." He pointed at my belly
I heard him shuffling around, and then he tapped me on the shoulder, and I turned around. He had on grey sweatpants and a black t-shirt.
"You smell better." I smiled
"Yeah, kept me in a basement, chained to a chair for like three weeks." He said sarcasticly
"What a monster." I rolled my eyes
We laid down next to each other. He turned to me, and I turned to him.
"You know, Damon really wants you to undo the spell." I said
"Damon wants that, but do you?" He asked
"Yes."
"I'll think about it. So, is Jo doing okay?" Kai asked
"Yeah, she's doing great." I smiled
"I'm glad you saved her." He half smiled

I woke up with my arms wrapped around Kai. I got up slowly. I went downstairs and saw Damon in the kitchen.
"Well, if it isn't my lovesick little sister." He grinned
"I think you have us confused, brother." I smiled
"Yeah, yeah. Is Romeo gonna undo the spell or not?"
"It's up to me."
"What." He said, confused
He said he'll undo it, only if I want him to. I suggest you should start being nicer to me, brother." I patted his shoulder
"Iza, I missed you so much. Give big brother a hug." He fake smiled and opened his arms for me
"Save it, Damon." I rolled my eyes
"Good morning." Kai said as he walked into the kitchen
"Aren't you supposed to be chained to a chair?" Damon asked Kai
"Isn't Elena supposed to be awake?" Replied Kai sarcasticly
"Girls, stop fighting. Kai, I'm thirsty." Kai bit his hand and squeezed his blood into a cup. He handed it to me. Damon looked at us with disgust.
"Why?" Damon asked hopelessly
"You know how I was having a little trouble keeping regular blood down?" I asked him
"Well, yeah." He answered
"Mother said I had to drink Kai's blood." I shrugged
"It's gross, I know." Kai said to Damon
"Oh, shut up both of you." I said and took a sip

Damon made breakfast for everyone in the house. He only included Kai because I made him. We all sat around the table and ate. Kai was scrolling through Twitter and laughing out loud.
"Can you put your phone down.?" I asked, annoyed, but Kai ignored me.

I finished my plate and got up and took my jacket.
"Where are you going?" Kai asked me getting up too
"I'm going to take a walk." I said
"Wait for me." Kai went to take his jacket
"No, you can't come with me. I need to be alone right now." I said
"Why? Is it because of me?" he said, and I kept quiet
"I know you have attachment issues, but I don't like to talk about love." Kai said
"It's not about love, Kai. Is just that you confuse me." I said and left

"Hey, Jo." I said into my phone
"Hey, I wanted to know how things are over there." She said
"Very good." I answered
"I'll be visiting next week. I can get you an ultrasound."
"Wait, really?" I smiled
"Of course. I think we'll get to find out the genders too."
"Thank you so much." I said excitedly
"I got to go bye." She said
"Bye." I said and hung up
"Who was that?" Kai asked
"Your sister." I said
"I killed my sister."
"Your other sister."
"Oh."
"Also, I think you should move. I don't want you in my room." I said
"What, why?" Kai asked
"Because it is weird. We are not together but sleep in the same bed and cuddle." I said
"Fine, I'll move my things into the guest bedroom." He said, rolling his eyes.

I was lying in my bed when Kai walked in.
"What are you doing here.?"
"I live here." Kai answered
"You were supposed to move into the guest bedroom." I said
"I didn't feel like it." He turned to me
"Besides, you know you don't really want to." He said, walking closer to me, our lips brushing against each other. I gave in, and kissed him. The kissed was long and craved. We fell into the bed. He runs his hand against my body.
"Wait, wait." He broke the kiss
"Is it safe for the baby?" He asked
"Yeah, yeah, it's totally fine." I said
"Okay, good." We continued

"Good morning." I yawned
"Were you and Kai trying to make triplets?" Damon joked and I rolled my eyes at him
"I heard my name." Kai popped out of nowhere
"Iz, can we go for a walk?" Kai asked me, and I said yes
