[Orion/Alastor POV]

I woke up the next day, just to find.... Eris sleeping in my bed? What the fuck? I shake her awake and prepare myself for the tsundere storm approaching.

Orion - "Eris wake up."

Eris, groggily - "Five more minutes."

I shake her some more.

Orion - "No, get your arse up, you have some shit to explain."

Eris's eyes flutter open.

Eris - "What?"

Orion - "Why are you in my bed?"

Eris's eyes shoot open, and she turns bright red.

Orion - "Actually, just go back to your room, and do not get spotted, I don't want to lose this job, thanks."

I stick my head out the door.

Orion - "You're clear, go."

Eris runs off, still as red as a tomato.

[Timeskip 2 years]

It's been 2 years since she turned ten, I'm thirteen now and Eris has gotten to Advanced rank in sword god style, but I've stopped focusing on the normal styles after Ghislaine said I could likely be Emperor class in all three schools should I choose to pursue it.

Everyone's been rushing around doing stuff for Rudy's tenth birthday, and I'm working on my gift for him. I've somehow managed to convert the void room into 2 separate rooms, one smaller workshop, and the larger store room, and I've managed to separate the portal mechanism from having to go through the void room to my desired location, to just directly to my desired location. But only I can use it. Anyway, I'm making him a small spellblade/dagger thing that can be used in emergencies. The reasoning? I already know what Eris got him so I wanted to make sure he had something in case he lost that massive staff.

Everyone (-Rudy) - "Rudeus! / Master Rudeus! Happy tenth birthday!"

Everyone starts clapping

Rudy - "Wh-What?"

Eris starts walking towards Rudy.

Eris - "Rudeus, happy birthday!"

She hands him some pink flowers, roses maybe?

Rudy - "Oh, yeah. I'm ten years old today."

Rudy takes the flowers then starts crying.

Rudy - "Sorry, I-Its just that... For the first time... Since I got here, I worried I might not be welcome. I-I never thought... You'd throw a party for me."

Sauros - "T-To arms! It's war with the Notos! I'll murder Pilemon and put Rudeus in charge!"

Philip tackles Sauros.

Philip - "F-Father! Restrain yourself!"

Sauros - "Philip! Don't you dare stop me!"

Sauros gets dragged away.

Eris - "F-Forget about Grandfather. I've got a surprise for you today, Rudeus!"

Rudy - "What is it?"

Eris - "Take a guess!"

Rudy - "Are Father and the others coming?"

Eris - "Huh? Uh, well..."

Orion - "Unfortunately not, Rudy."

Eris - "We did invite your family, but monsters have been acting up, and they couldn't make it.

Rudy - "I see. That's a shame."
