Cheryl links her fingers together and closes her eyes a little, trying to prepare herself for the conversation she's about to have with her girlfriend "Toni I have something to tell you and it's not going to be easy.....I'm not going to high-smith college"

Toni looks at her a little weird "I'm confused-" she places her drink down so she can give Cheryl her full attention  "because it doesn't have cheerleading?"

The redhead nods a little "that...and-" she stops for second to compose herself "it just doesn't feel right anymore"

Toni quickly adds "if you don't go, I'm not going"

"No" the redhead says gently but sternly "you must, you will thrive there" she takes a deep breath "but I have to fix things... here"

"What are you talking about, what things?"

"The blossom family name conjures a horror show in this town and rightfully so, but now that I have control of the maple factory and grooves I have a chance to lift up this town and rehabilitate our blossom family legacy... but I need to be here, where the damage was done"

Toni takes a hold of Cheryl hand "if this is about my nana, you need to get that out of your mind"

Cheryl lightly smiles at her

"She's starting to come around, hell she even asked me if we were going to be living in the same dorm room so she could send us care packages" Toni looks down, her emotions getting the better of her "that's progress right?"

"Toni" The redhead voice breaks, her tears starting to surface "you know I love you with every ounce of my soul" she lets a tear fall down her cheek "but I don't want you to have to choose between your family and... me"

Cheryl continues, looking at Toni with a slight bit of hope "and perhaps if I'm successful you won't have to and we can be together with their full blessing-" Cheryl tries to catch her breath "-but in the meantime"

Toni shakes her head "don't say it-" she closes her eyes as tears fall down her face "I don't want to hear you say it"

Cheryl breaks down more "than you never shall"

Toni brings her hand up to cup the redheads cheek and wipe her tears away.

6 years later

"Hello everyone and welcome back to Hollywood star podcast and we are joined here today with none other than Oscar winning poet and international photography recipient, Toni Topaz" the lady speaks through the microphone with that almost annoying presenter voice but Toni can only smile from the woman's words, it will never get old.

Toni was in the studio in front of four cameras and dozens of people who were there to do their job. She just got back to LA after publishing her poems and finishing up her photography. when she received the invitation to do this interview. It was from a very popular magazine, so her declining it would be stupid. Also her first ever interview was taken by this magazine 2 years ago and they had helped her career take off, not only her writing career but also her photography so she was extremely grateful to them and if they want an interview with her she would more than happily do one.

"Thank you for having me" Toni's smiles and quickly takes a sip of her tea, knowing shes about to be asked tons of questions.

"I can only imagine how busy you have been so I should be thanking you for having the time to come and talk with me about your poems and photography"

The brunette nods "yes I've been very busy lately but I'm more than happy to make space for Hollywood star" she politely replied. She wasn't a big fan of interviews. She just didn't like to answer a bunch of questions that mostly were related to her private life. But they gave opportunity to gain new fans, so her company begged her to give one interview at least every six months.
