"You're so damn handsome in the morning!" Leonora coos as she sees a sleepy Steve roll over and nestle his head into the crook of her neck.

He hums softly, not wanting to get out of bed and go back to reality.

Reality being: going back to a different reality and leaving Leonora by the end of the day.

He presses kisses onto her collarbone as she strokes his long, sandy blond hair softly. She smiles at the sight of the two of them just casually spending a lazy morning in bed. Something she had never experienced.

Truth be told she was still getting used to the bed part. They felt too soft for her liking. She'd grown up basically lying on a slab of concrete, never quite able to fully rest as she was always on high alert.

"This is nice." Steve says quietly, as if mirroring her thoughts.

She closes her eyes lightly as she breathes it all in.

"Too nice. I feel like something bad is going to happen." She sighs as Steve exhales against her.

"We need to stop living like that. Maybe our luck is finally changing?" Steve asks hopefully.

Leonora smiles as he looks up at her now, his vivid deep blue eyes staring at her imploringly. She wiggles slightly so they're at the same height now, as they wrap their limbs around each other.

"I want to believe that baby. I'll try to." She says softly, not feeling like her gut agrees with her, but wanting to for the sake of Steve.

He holds the side of her cheek as he kisses her, smiling against her lips.

"This is heaven." Steve muses as Leonora kisses him again.

She wants to make the most of it before he leaves.

Their breathing becomes more heavy as the kiss becomes more urgent now, their limbs pressing tightly against each other.

Leonora can feel Steve hardening against her hip as she pushes herself against him, wearing just his t-shirt to sleep in. She moves slightly, out of instinct, as she seeks friction herself, finding it against his thigh.

He pulls away from the kiss, a glint in his eye as he realises what she just did automatically. Leonora looks at him with a slightly embarrassed blush on her face.
