Anouk's pov

After we had gotten back from the match against Man United, I did as I had told Katie and I packed my stuff, which was relatively quickly done. I gave her one last hug and then left through the front door.

I loaded everything into my car and drove back home. I put my key in the lock of the front door and opened it. My house felt empty. Probably because I had been gone for a few days, and I carried all of my stuff upstairs. I went downstairs and opened my bottle cabinet. A few sips wouldn't hurt, right?

When that familiar burning feeling went down my throat, I exhaled, my body relaxing into the feeling of the burn. I took the bottle with me to the couch and started to play some music before I knew it, the first bottle was empty. I felt the addicting intoxicated feeling wash over me as I swung along to the music. I didn't have anyone living close to me and it was close to midnight. No one would bother me now.

I absolutely loved the feeling of this intoxication. I still held some kind of contact with reality, but I was also far gone from reality. I was hella confused when my front doorbell rung. I walked to the front of my house and opened the door. In a flash of a second, I saw him. Standing a foot away from me, but when I blinked it was just Leah. I smiled at her, swaying a bit. "Oh, hi! What are you doing here?"

Leah's pov

I had just been at home, playing some sudoku and about to fall asleep when my phone buzzed. It was almost midnight. Who could have been texting me? I grabbed my phone and read the text.

Anouk❤️:
Hey there cutie U am feeling lonely, want ro xoke oher?

Me:
I'll be right there.

(Anouk's text: Hey there cutie, I am feeling lonely, want to come over?)

She never texted me with that many typos. I got out of bed, stepped into some trainers and got into my car, driving over to her place. I parked my car and rang the doorbell. There was music playing, I could even hear some singing going on and the lights were on.

She didn't open the door so I rung it again, and then she opened it. A strong alcoholic smell coming off of her, a bottle even in her hand. I don't think that she realised it, but she was practically naked, in her bra and panties.

"Oh, hi! What are you doing here?" I sighed softly and showed her my phone, doubting that she could even read it. "You invited me over." Her face dropped slightly. "Oh." I smiled kindly at her. "So, can I come in?" She giggled. "Yes ofcourse! I meannnn, you are, like, my girlfriend, right?" I blushed and just nodded my head. "If you want me to be, then yes." She had a huge smile on her face and threw her arms around me, capturing me in a deep kiss. I kissed her back, but soon stopped it. "Let me take you inside, how about that?"

She blushed. "You can take me anywhere." I picked her up bridal style. She was surprisingly light and I carried her inside. She clung to me. "Where is your bedroom?" She looked at me with glassy eyes. "Uhhhh, up the stairs and then, uh, left? Yeah. First door left." I nodded my head, locked the front door and carried her upstairs. I opened the first door on the left and it was indeed a bedroom. I looked down to see why she was being so quiet, but she had already fallen asleep in my arms.

I gently laid her down on the bed and was about to walk away to turn everything off downstairs and then sleep on her couch, but a hand gripped the sleeve of my jacket. I looked down and saw her gripping it. "Please don't leave me." I knelt down besides her. "Just let me turn everything off downstairs and then I will be back, okay?"
