You wake up pretty early in the morning to find Pansy in her bed. She must've gotten in late. She's still in her dress from the night before...and her hair is a tangled mess.
"Pansy" you whisper yell at her from your bed
When she didn't respond you got up and stood at the foot of her bed
"Pansy" you whisper yelled again trying not to wake your other roommates
When she didn't wake up this time you just shook her
"Pansy" you say in a normal tone
"Hmmm" she says waking up startled
"Sooo, how'd it go?" you ask excitedly
Pansy presses her lips together trying not to smile
"It went well" she says sheepishly
"Omg- did you?" you ask before placing your hand over your mouth "How was it?"
"Amazing" she says turning away from you blushing
You squeal with joy for Pansy, you know she's been wanting this for a long time
"Does that mean you two are official?"
"Yeah, Blaise and I are officially dating" she says happily
You hug Pansy "I'm so happy for you"
"I'm happy too y/n, thank you for the date"
You nod in acknowledgment of her thank you. You give Pansy one more hug before going to take a shower. You're happy for Pansy but you can't believe how easy love is for other people, why can't it be that easy for you?
"You beautiful today, you look beautiful everyday actually" Blaise says wrapping his arm around Pansy's shoulders
"Awww" Pansy says kissing him on the cheek
"Ew, I'm going to vomit" Theo says pretending to throw up
"This is also making me sick, y/n why did I let you get them together" Draco says dramatically pushing his plate away from him slowly
"Oh for Merlin's sake, you both are babies" you say rolling your eyes
You put a piece of potato on your fork and offer it to Draco. He eats the potato off your fork as you continue talking
"They're happy leave them alone" you say as you put a bite of egg into your mouth
"Thank you y/n" Blaise says giving Theo and Draco a fake dirty look
"Maybe we should do the same thing for you y/n" Pansy says in a cheery tone
This makes your mood drop but you don't show it. You hold a finger up in Pansy's direction
"Eh" you says wiggling your finger back and forth "Stay out of my love life Parkinson" you say as jokingly as you can
You think you pulled off the nonchalantness of it but Draco could tell it upset you. He gently hits your thigh with his hand to get your attention. You look at him and he's giving you a look of pity. You give him a quick half smile back before turning away
Before you know it there's a half of a muffin being put in front of you. It's lemon poppyseed. It's your favorite muffin and Draco grabbed the last one at the table before you could
"I wasn't just going to eat it in front of you" he says trying to take your mind off of Pansy's comment
You smile at him and eat the muffin. You lean over to him and look up to meet his eyes
