The three of them fell silent again, Alice quietly hummed "This is halloween" to herself. A few minutes later Alice stood up, indicating to the others that she was ready to leave. She began to move the wooden boxes out of the way of the door so that they could continue searching for Anon. The four of them stepped of of the musty storage room and out into a dead-silent corridor. The group looked left, then right, as if crossing a road to get to school. They then began to walk in the direction away from Luis's corpse, no one wanting to see the mess-of-a-death he had again. The area around them slowly became cleaner and more white, as if it had been used in the last few days.
Sam suddenly felt light headed and fell, hitting her left shoulder hard on the floor. The others rushed to her side and began trying to sit her up. Sam's vision blurred and she fell unconscious. Her friends managed to lift her onto a half-broken bench, which propped her up into a seating position. The others sat next to her on the bench, half excited, half scared. Four minutes later Sam jumped up out of her seat, breathing heavily.
"Anon has been captured" Said Sam, franticly, "By Shackleton and heavily armed guards. The whole place is guarded to shit" She said uncharacteristically, calming down slightly.
"We'll find a way" Said Christine optimistically.
They helped Sam calm down and began walking again. The girls passed doors that led to offices, various surgical-looking areas and other useless rooms. They walked for a few minutes towards a sign in the distance, when approaching the sign they immediately knew where to go. On the sign were six arrows pointing in different directions, all labelled with something different. The most relevant arrow read "Unstable Patients". They all turned left down the corridor and started to hear voices of people talking.
"Through here" Said Alice, ripping off a metal grate to a tunnel.
The group followed behind her, trying not to make any sound possible. They crawled through the tunnel, further and further until they came to a small hole at the end of the tunnel. They all looked through the hole, Abbie being last. Through the hole in the tunnel you could see into a huge room, about the size of the cafeteria across and around forty metres up. In the middle of the room was a large metal casing, it looked as if it were to be used for something in a nuclear reactor. The metal casing was covered in electrical wires as if it were powering something like a machine, the wires looked like a pair of untangled headphone but on a larger scale. The object was raised around a metre off of the floor and was surrounded by cameras and microphones, not hidden at all. Abbie squinted at the object and saw eight barely visibly arms fazing through the 'container' and poking out into the outside, swaying around freely.
"I think Anon is here" Said Sam, quietly.
Alice began to pull at the small hole, making it bigger. She then backed up a bit and started kicking at the now larger hole, after a few kicks the hole was big enough for them to crawl through. Alice turned around and backed out of the hole slowly, she dropped from the self-made hole onto her feet in the room where Anon was located. She looked up at the tunnel where Christine was now dangling from. Christine dropped onto her feet and looked around the room, she began walking over to a large bundle of wires, held together with unused tape. Christine took a small piece of glass from her pocket, she knelt down and began cutting into the bundle of wires, electrocuting her slightly. The cameras and microphones surrounding the object in the middle switched off, now unpowered. Abbie ran towards the object and started to franticly press buttons on the key pad dangling from the object.
A loud hissing noise filled the room as the capsule opened, like a spaceship in movies. Inside the capsule stood Anon. He was in a straight jacket, the arms tied tight behind his back. A thin shiny sliver 'helmet' covered the front of his face, the 'helmet' started at the top of his head and smoothly ran down past his chin ending in a flat straight line. It looked as if it were clamped to his head by tight leather straps which snaked down and around at the back of his head and to the upper neck. He fell forwards from the capsule and onto the floor.
