One month later
Fatima sitting in the living on the couch playing and talking to the babies.
Fatima: Hey mommy's princess and prince. Mommy loves y'all so much and both of you are mommy heartbeats. One day you're going to grow up and be bigger and stronger just like mommy and daddy. And remember you can be anything you want to be, so never let anyone tell you different.
She kisses both of the and puts Zion in his bouncy chair and Ava was on the couch playing with her little toys. 10 minutes later, Zac walked through the door from work.
Zac: Babyy, daddy's home. ( he yells out )
Fatima: Ooouuu, there goes my hubby. Ava you hear daddy.
Ava hear Zac's voice and ran to him.
Ava: Da da.
Zac: Hey daddy's princess.
He picks her up and walked into the living room.
Zac: Look at my lil man and beautiful amazing wife. Hey mama ( kisses her )
Fatima: Hey daddy. Here, come lay on my lap.
Zac laid on her lap. And she rubs his head. And leaned down and kisses him.
Fatima: How was work?
Zac: Work was smooth and less stressful.
Fatima: That's good
Ava laid her head on Zac's chest.
Zac: And how was your day baby?
Fatima: My day was good. I got up and showered, cleaned the house, went grocery shopping and went to sit with Aisha and Faith for a lil. Then I came home and cooked.
Zac: You cooked?
Fatima: Don't I always?
Zac: Yes you do.
Fatima: Gotta make sure hubby's good and fed.
Zac: You definitely do that.
Fatima: You always gotta take it there, being nasty.
Zac: I'm talking about food baby.
Fatima: Uh hmm. Sure you are.
Zac: So how's Aisha and Faith?
Fatima: They're getting stronger day by day. Andi and I took them out for some fresh air today. The nurses we hired are amazing. I think it was good using the old house for them until they're better.
Zac: That's good they're getting better, I know how hard it was and has been. And you and Andi are amazing sisters.
Fatima: It's only right you know.
Zac: Yea, And how were my babies today?
Fatima: They were good. They literally woke up not even a hour ago. This one right here, just wanna be a daddy's girl.
Zion starts to cry.
Zac: Just like lil man a mommy's boy.
Fatima: Aww come on mommy baby boy. He said y'all just left me down here by myself.
Zac: That's all mommy doing lil man.
They were just sitting in the living room, spending some quality time together.
Fatima: Baby
Zac: Yes
Fatima: You zoned out for a min, what's on your mind?
Zac: I just love the space that we're in right now. I mean if I could live in this invisible bubble forever, I would be able to survive just off our love for the rest of my life.
Fatima: I feel the same baby. People think we have the perfect relationship/marriage but they don't see the fights nor understand that it took hard work and dedication to get to this space that we're in.
Zac: It definitely did.
Fatima: I knew nothing about being nobody's wife, let alone anybody's mother. And neither did you know anything about being anybody's husband or father. We were both broken in many areas in our life. But we fought and we fought together. I mean we literally put in blood, sweat, and tears to make our marriage work. But I was never living and neither were you.
Zac: We have come a long way.
Fatima: We really have.
Zac: I still remember the day that we met.
Fatima: Yea, your ass fell in love at first sight. ( laughing )
Zac: ummm, that would be you.
Fatima: Really baby? You knew what you wanted, me on the other hand was playing hard to get.
Zac: Yea you definitely was playing to hard to get. But then a real man come along and you couldn't get enough of me.
Fatima: Whatever ( laughing ) But I do know that, that day changed our lives forever.
Zac: Definitely did. Because look at us now. Happily married with two beautiful babies. Our own companies, and properties. What more could we ask for?
Fatima: I know right. And it wasn't nothing but the grace of God that got us here.
Zac: And I wouldn't change it for nothing in this world.
Fatima: If I could go back and relive it all over again. I would do it a thousand times over.
Zac: I can say the same. From everything that we been through. Ups and downs, rain and shine, because they're what got us to this point right here.
Fatima: I just have one request tho.
Zac: And what's that?
Fatima: That we never forget where we came from and all the things that got us here.
Zac: Oh I definitely want do that.
Fatima: Also I have something else I wanna talk to you about, but we will talk about it a lil later.
Zac: You sure?
Fatima: Yes, I'm positive. But it's nothing wrong. I just wanna check out some things before I bring it to you.
Zac: Okay then.
Fatima: I love you Mr.Taylor
Zac: I love you too Mrs.Taylor.
Fatima: Now let's go get one in while they're sleep.
Zac: Let's go, because daddy's hungry.
They went and put the babies down, and had mommy and daddy time.
