When Love Calls ( The Sequel )

Deserve

It's been a couple days and Aisha and Shaun were getting ready to go on a date. She calls Fatima while she was getting ready.

Fatima: Hold up one second sis.

Fatima was getting Jr dressed from his bath. He was a lil fussy because he was hungry and sleepy.

Fatima: Mommy almost done lil man.

She finally gets him dressed and calmed down.

Fatima: Hey sis, sorry about that, what's going on? I thought you were getting ready for your date?

Aisha: I am. I was calling you to see what you were up to and also to check on baby girl. Everything okay?

Fatima: She's in bed, watching tv with Ava. And yes everything's okay. Lil man was fussy because I just gave him a bath, and he's sleepy. But I'm feeding him now tho.

Aisha: Okay then?

Fatima: What's going on, you ready for tonight?

Aisha: I am, and a lot of nervous.

Fatima: I know that you're scared, but everything's going to be okay. You just gotta trust yourself to know that he will never do anything to hurt you or Ry.

Aisha: This year just been so much, it's like I couldn't catch a break for nothing. But now, now I'm finally in a place where I can say that I'm truly happy mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Fatima: And I love that for you. You've endured so much over the past years, and now you're in your reaping season, and it's beautiful to watch. Because more than anything you deserve and. All I ever wanted was for you to be happy, I mean really happy. You deserve to be happy and you deserve to be loved in the right way. I'm your sister, I can only love you to a certain extent. Never the way that it's meant coming from the man that God has for you.

Aisha: Thank you sis. And although I don't say it much, I'm so so proud of you. You've endured and overcame so many obstacles in your life, and it's so amazing to see you reap the benefits from it. Because you deserve all the love and happiness this world can give you. You pour yourself into so many people but never running out because those same people pour back into you.

Fatima: It took a whole lot of healing through counseling, but it happened gradually. I was stubborn and didn't want to hear someone tell me that I wasn't okay and that I needed help. But it helped in the long run because I'm happy and I'm at my best self because of it. I have an amazing husband and three amazingly beautiful children who I love so much and who keeps me living. Have I not went through those things, I wouldn't be where I'm at in my life today. Hell I probably would've never even met Zac. And yes we have a beautiful circle of people who we're so blessed with. It's so much love and support from everyone, I love the kingdom we've built.

Aisha: Zac is one of the best things that happened to you other than your children. The two of you are one of my biggest influences and inspiration. Because y'all been through so much together, but y'all didn't let it break you. Y'all fought for what was most important, and that's y'all love for each other.

Fatima: He is. And I'll fight to my last breath because he's a deserving man who changed my life forever.

Aisha And I feel like I found that in Shaun. He's something I've never experienced, and he teaches me a different type of love. A love that I didn't think was out there, at least for me.

Fatima: I know you have. And everybody deserves love, but at of time we try to choose people who we feel is for us, in stead of waiting for the one that God has for us. It's on his time, not ours.
