Chapter Eight

It's been almost a year now since Seb and I got together and we've moved into a bigger house together and we've been crazy busy it feels like we haven't had a moment to breathe. Chris and Lottie are getting married in a matter of weeks but life goes on and we have to keep going and try to juggle a million things at once. Today I am going on Live with Kelly to talk about the new TV show I'm doing "Our next guest is a fellow New Yorker she's an actress an activist and one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet please welcome Ivy Lazarescu" Kelly says and I come out and hug them both and sit down "I love your style today very 70s today" she says "Thank you I experiment alot with clothes and fashion and my stylist loves that" I say "So we need to talk about your relationship with Sebastian Stan it's like something out of a movie I mean going from best friends since you were two to now being in a relationship how did it all happen" he says "We've both been in love with each other since we were very young but we both moved away saw each other only for holidays and such and I think we needed time to decide if it was more than just puppy love. Seb realized it was a few years ago but there's always that thing in a friendship as long as ours that you worry it won't work out and then it will be awkward but I've always seen Seb as my other half so I have no worries about that happening" I say "And your friends Lottie Lewis and Chris Evans are getting married soon aswell" she says "Six weeks to be exact which is crazy to think we have the bachelor bachelorette parties soon but their honestly perfect together" I say "Any wedding bells for you and Sebastian" she asks "Its been discussed but not yet we're both pretty busy and some big projects coming up. But it's definitely on the cards" I say

"Let's talk about this new show your in. Describe it for anyone looking for a new show to watch" he says "I play a character named Sage who's grown up keeping this huge secret from everyone but her family she gave up the boy she loved because of it but fate had other plans for them and she finds herself having to balance between her head and her heart" I say "Its you and Jamie Bell and you guys ooze chemistry in this. Had you met before" she says "We met during the audition process but I'd obviously seen him in Billy Elliot and Flags of our Fathers and he's really an incredible actor and Seb and I went out to dinner with him and Kate during filming and their amazing people" I say "I love that well the show is out this Friday. Ivy Lazarescu everybody" he says and we end the interview and chat for a little whilst their on commercial.

Seb is away working for another two weeks so we've been Facetiming every night we can "So what did the doctor say" he says referring to my recent doctor visit because of tiredness and some dizziness and shortness of breath the last few days leading to me cancelling some interviews "I'm anemic so you can stop worrying now and you'd think I'd be the one worrying considering I'm the one with anxiety" I say "Sorry but you were sick and I'm not there so I was worried in case it was something serious" he says "Well it's not he prescribed some iron tablets a few dietary changes and I'll be fine" I say "I know two more weeks and I get to hold you" he says "I know God if we're this bad when it's just the two of us being apart how bad are we gonna be when we have kids we have to leave" I say "We try and make sure there's only one of us travelling at a time I guess or we travel with them cause I won't want to miss any little moments" he says "Me neither" I say and yawn "I'm gonna let you go. I love you" he says "I love you too" I say and blow him a kiss through the phone and end the call.

I spend the weekend doing bachelorette stuff and wedding things before I return to interviews for the show and other things for the next week before I head home to my mom's for a few days before Seb comes home.

I've planned a surprise for Seb for his arrival home and I've been busy setting everything up all day before I head to the airport to pick him up. I'm waiting at arrivals with a sign for him and I've been stopped by some fans for photos and autographs and they all love my sign and then I see Seb "Future Mrs Sebastian Stan I like it" he says and pulls me in for a huge hug and then he kisses me "I've missed you" he says "Me too. Let's go home" I say and we stop for some more photos and autographs as we leave the airport.

We arrive home and Seb opens the door and sees the balloons I got with welcome home on them and there's a card and a present on the dining room table "I also cooked all your favourites and made boema cake for dessert and I thought we could take a nice bubble bath later" I say "Its amazing thank you" he says "Open your present" I say and he goes to the table and unwraps the first box and inside is a Cartier love bracelet "Your always buying me jewellery with meaning so I figured it was my turn" I say "I love it thank you" he says and opens the second box and inside is a ring with my name engraved on the outside and my person engraved on the inside "So I'm never far" I say "I love you" he says "I love you too" I say and we eat and relax and just enjoy being back together.
