I excused myself momentarily to take a quick shower and change out of my bikini. Returning, I slipped into a comfy oversized hoodie and black shorts.

As I entered the room, my gaze locked with Grayson's beautiful eyes, which always seemed to intrigue me. The chatter continued around us as we held each other's gaze. Unable to contain the nervous excitement, I looked away, a small smile playing on my lips.

"Ah, there she is," Logan exclaimed as I appeared.

"Finally, you're back. Please come sit next to me. I can't handle sitting next to them, especially this one," Nathan pointed teasingly at Grayson.

"You're not going to pull anything, right?" I asked, referring to Nathan's notorious pranks.

"I won't," he said, raising his hands in surrender with a smile.

I settled into the empty stool Nathan had saved for me, strategically positioned between him and Grayson. My mom's eyes met mine with a mischievous smile.

Oh no, what is she going to say now?

"I was just telling them about you as a baby and thought I'd show them your baby pictures," she announced, her smile widening.

My eyes widened in horror. "No, you can't do that," I protested, cringing at the thought of them seeing my embarrassing baby photos.

"Now I want to see them," Logan chimed in eagerly.

I groaned, anticipating the embarrassment. My mom's smile grew even more mischievous. "I'm going to fetch them," she said, already walking out of the room.

Sitting there, I buried my head in my hands. What did I do to deserve this?

"You okay there, Kie?" my brother asked, his voice filled with amusement.

"Do you even have the nerve to ask if I'm okay? Mom's about to show them my baby photos," I replied, feeling mortified.

"There are some good pictures in there," Jayden teased.

"This is going to be embarrassing," I muttered, just as my mom returned with not one, not two, but three photo albums in her arms.

"Kill me now," I whispered, not daring to look at the boys or the albums.

Amidst many "awws" and compliments, Grayson pointed at one picture and said, "You look cute in this one." I peeked through my fingers and saw a photo of myself at age three, wearing a yellow floral dress and white sneakers.
