Starting off my morning, I get a phone call about the ownership of another one of Fernando's businesses and conduct a meeting to sign off on everything. In the middle of all the conversations I was having, my acquaintance walks in with information that Rayne and the guys found their way into the grounds area. Excusing myself as I walk away I get frustrated at the fact that I even have to deal with all these curveballs coming my way.

Getting out to the front entrance, I see Pito, Leo and Xavier all waiting just to see if Rayne was actually telling the truth.

When I sent the men blocking their way to the side, they all peered up and almost damn near lost it.

"Aleya!" Pito shouts out making my heart ache in so many different ways.

Opening the gate they all come rushing towards me except for Rayne who is leaning on the car, observing, not knowing if I'm going to act as if I didn't know them like I did to him back at the casino.

"How did this happen? How'd you do all of this?"

Xavier asks, looking around dumbfounded by the layout of the place and the men guarding it.

"Being here is going to do nothing for you," I say as coldly as I could.

Pito shakes his head, "Why would you think you could do this by yourself? We had this talk before. Why leave us out of it if we're familia?"

Holding my stance I shrug, "Maybe I didn't need the extra baggage," I say lying.

Leo just hugs me not caring if I'm being a bitch and just hugs even tighter realizing I was really standing there.

Xavier laughs then walks up to me enraged.

"You were thinking of actually dying weren't you? You don't think I know your way of thinking? Hm?"

He pushes me and I see the men tensing up but tell them not to get involved.

"It's been fucking months Aleya! We thought you actually died because of that old fuck! And now you want to play Batman with your secret Robin?"

He chuckles angrily, not understanding the betrayal I made between all of them.

"Who is he? How does he even have these types of connections?"

"I can't talk about it here."

Rayne finally walks up and stands in front of me, cutting off Xavier.

"Did you think I was going to keep what I saw at the casino to myself? I know you have your reasons but going to the extent of pretending we don't exist? That's a bit extreme isn't it?"

My eyes narrowed in on him and I let go of the mask I was falsely wearing to keep my true intentions in check until those words came flying out his mouth.

"I did it to fucking protect all of you, all of you."

I look at Rayne mostly as I repeat it and then look to the rest.

"You all had to struggle and get hurt time after time and I couldn't keep putting you in that position even if it was the life we chose."

Pito scoffs, "So lose our trust? Lose our sanity?"

Sanity? They really want to know how someone can lose their sanity?

"You have no idea what I had to endure to get to where I am now. I took the hits, the loss, the betrayal, just to make it here and have that son of a bitch right where I want him."

Leo's eyes water with sympathy while Xavier shakes his head looking away from me.

"So you had Don killed. When is Fernando next?" Rayne asks chillingly.

"Soon."

Rayne grins then puts a straight face on, "You won't go through with it will you? You're torturing him first aren't you?"

I go to say something but my acquaintance steps in seeing the tension with Rayne and me spike tremendously, "We all should take a breather and revisit this conversation when we're more level headed." The guys just look at me and I nod in agreement and they all mumble under their breaths. I tell the men to let them park inside the gate and have them brought in afterwards. Going inside my acquaintance stops me by my hand and says, "Will this affect your plans?" Sighing I take a minute to actually think about it and waiver to a yes but settle for a no.

"If you get second thoughts..."

Removing his hand from mine I go into the living room and pour myself a drink, downing it in seconds feeling my mind swirl.

"We should order some food," I look at one of the men and tell them what to get and they leave to go pick it up.

"The way you handle my men they would think you were the queen of the house."

I sit on the couch with my hand on my head, "I am without having to boast about it."

My guys come up and stand close to where I am and look at my acquaintance as comfortable as he could be next to me. Rayne sees and gets this slight streak of jealousy wanting to know more about me and this strangers relationship, he wasn't the only one as Pito keeps glaring at him as well. I clear my throat and tell them to sit and when they do, Xavier leans in and asks, "You and Aleya sleeping with each other? Or what's the deal?"Leo hits Xavier and Pito and Rayne wait for the answer, Pito because his older brother instincts are kicking in, Rayne because...well there's feelings there.

"Me and Aleya?" He asks, pointing to the both of us.

"Yeah, what's the story."

Putting my cup down I rub my hands together, "It's a little cold in here isn't it? I'm going to turn on the heat."

I get up and all of their eyes follow behind me until they latch on to the unidentified man sitting in front of them.

"Where are you from? What's your name honestly?"

Xavier says roughly not caring what this man was about.

"I'm from the Lee family."

As soon as Pito heard that his eyes grow wide and the color from his face goes white.

"Lee family? Who the hell is th-" Pito covers Xaiver's mouth while Rayne leans over for him to shake his hand.
