"So the promo needs to fully visualize the nike product, so i'm thinking we can make a insta reel, about you prepare for the day since nine is in your everyday routine." Bre said as she waited on my response
"Mhm." I replied causing for her to roll her eyes
"Nova I need for you to get your shit together and your head in the game, you've came this far just to get lazy on me ?" She asked before tilting her head and I shook my head
"Nah i'm here, when we doing this ?" I replied before clearing my throat and slightly sitting up
"Whenever one of your photographers shows up to work, any idea as to why they both haven't been here ?" She asked
"Carmen's car is in the shop, she lives too far to keep ubering, I don't think Zae's with us anymore." I replied before clearing my throat
"She didn't tell me this ?"
"Well I don't fucking know go ask her, i'm tired of being the messenger." I said causing for her to sigh
"Well you need to get Carmen, we need to get this promo done and out the the today so that we can get started on the others." She said causing for me to run my hand down my face and sit back
"Now Nova." Dee demanded
I shook my head before standing up and snatching my keys off the table.
After the argument Zae went completely MIA, I tried checking up on her, but she had blocked me on everything and I had no way of getting in contact with her.
I didn't blame her, but I was starting to worry for her at the same time.
After a while I finally made it to Carmen's and she came out shortly after before getting in and I pulled off before we rode in silence.
" So why ?" She asked causing for me to scrunch my face up
"You used me to get back at Zae and then went ghost for two weeks without explaining anything ?" she said
"Nobody used you."
"You did, I straight up told you that I wasn't for that home wrecking shit, and you completely let that go in one ear and out the other."
"I didn't make you do shit shordy." I told her
"Righttt, so that's it ?" she chuckled
"Before I could speak my phone rang and I looked at it to see that it was Sky so I answered
"Wassup Sky?"
"Hey where are you ?"
"Driving, wassup ?" I replied
"Can you come get me from practice ? ma isn't answering the phone and it ended thirty minutes ago." she asked
"I thought school was done with volleyball ? it's the end of the fucking year." I mumbled
"It's AAU, I play all year around bozo." She laughed causing for me to shake my head
"I got you, send yo lo." I told her
Once she sent it, I was only about ten minutes from her so I started heading that direction.
"If you can get into contact can you at least let me and Zae talk ? if we're gonna be working together I just feel like we should tell everything over..I don't want her to think I used her, because the feeling doesn't feel so great." She replied before rolling her eyes and I sighed out of frustration
