When she woke up the next morning, she realized she had forgotten to eat, and quickly mended that. She was drinking her morning coffee when she noticed a small letter flying in through her window.

Darling Sarah,

How are you doing? I must say that I miss you deeply, though I know you must be overwhelmed by your work, how do you feel about popping by tomorrow evening at Grimmauld Place?

Love,

Remus

Sarah smiled, immediately writing back that she would love to. She was glad to see him again, started the day looking forward to it.

Today was less stressful than the last, but that only meant it was as demanding as all the others. But she didn't mind, she was always thinking of a hundred things all at once, and now she could actually use that to help others, solve multiple problems at the same time.

"Plans for Friday night?" asked Augustus, walking with her to the changing rooms.

"Dinner with Remus. I think he wants to talk to me about the woman he's seeing," said Sarah. She undid the knot at the front of her greenish uniform, stopping for Augustus to do the same so they can deposit them on the tray designed for that effect.

"Right, and what do you make of it?" he asked.

"Oh, I know her, she's amazing," said Sarah, smiling fondly at the thought of Tonks. She'd immediately welcomed her with open arms last summer, took her under her wing while Remus still let her attend the meetings of the Order. And she helped calming her down when she was mad at him for forbidding her to join. Furthermore, Tonks also happened to be Selena's trainer in her Auror program, needless to say, Sarah loved Tonks and she loved Tonks for Remus.

"How about you? Burning down your girlfriend's house?" asked Sarah jokingly.

Augustus rolled his eyes, "I shouldn't have told you about that. But yes, I'm seeing her," he smiled sweetly, the way a man in love would.

Sarah grabbed her purse from her locker, thinking how swell it must be to have someone think of you this way.

"That's great," she said softly.

They parted ways, each going to their respective plans, and Sarah Apparated on Grimmauld Place. She walked in and had to stop for a second, realizing that was the first time she entered here since Sirius' death. The last time she was here, she'd ran in, talked to him, warned him. She concentrated on putting one foot in front of the other, making the tightening in her chest subside slowly.

She saw the door to the meeting room was closed, the Order must be reunited there. She approached slowly, making out the muffled voices of Moody and Snape, when the door flew open, and everyone turned to stare at her.

"Hi," she said sheepishly, waving her hand. She couldn't think of anything else to say.

"Sarah, dear, how wonderful to see you," said Molly, pulling her into a hug.

"Wonderful to see you, too, Molly," said Sarah, pulling away.

"You must be starving, coming back from your endless shifts. Dinner will be served shortly," said Molly, scurrying to the kitchen.

Snape, Moody and Shacklebolt Disapparated, leaving Tonks, Arthur, Molly and Remus here with her. Sarah greeted everyone else and Remus walked around the table to meet her.

"Sarah, darling, would you mind? I'd like to talk to you about something," said Remus, putting an arm around her. He led them to another room and closed the door. He seemed nervous, so Sarah decided to cut it short, "Is this about Tonks, Remus?" she asked a bit bluntly, but with a smile on her face, letting him know it was more like excitement.
