Edwina retired to her room to prepare for the queens ball.While she was being dressed she thought back on the events of the day.She had managed to slip away for five minutes to eavesdrop on Kate.
But Edwina lucked out and was able to see them too.She watched as her sister made tea and Lord Bridgerton watched her as if nothing else existed.Then when they started talking she knew she was being missed and was obliged to go back to her suitors.When she returned she watched her suitors to see if any of the suitors to see if any of them looks at her the same as Lord Bridgerton looked at her sister.She was disappointed of course as none them looked as smitten with her as she wanted.
