The next day ivy woke up to even more messages from Kate "what do you mean I can't believe what Chloe says? I'm confused, no one explains anything to me and I'm getting worried, please come home"

"take it easy, everything is fine with me, all you need to know is that Chloe kissed me against my will and I decided to come to Taylor's house to explain the situation. It's all sorted now" - ivy replied.

"oh my god, I didn't expect that, I'm sorry for putting you in that situation. anyway, I think that this hidden relationship will still bring you a lot more problems".

"please stop it Kate. How I handle my relationship is mine and Taylor's decision only. Don't pressure me to make it public."

"Think about it, if you two could agree to talk about your relationship with at least the people closest to you, maybe things could be easier for everyone. I wouldn't have to hide your little secret from my mom and our friends and we could go out freely, all together."

She had a point. Ivy was also a little bothered by the idea of hiding it forever. What if taylor never intended to come out publicly? Ivy didn't want to pressure her in any way to do so, but it was true that Ivy would also like to be able to go out freely with the girl she loved. She knew that would be difficult, but maybe it was a conversation they would have to have sooner or later, and this was the right time. There was also something more that was making her feel insecure. Few days before taylor called her "her girlfriend" but she never made it official. Is it too soon to talk about that?.

Ivy finished her conversation with her cousin and told her that she would go home as soon as she could. She got out of bed quietly so as not to wake Taylor, went to the bathroom to do her toiletries, and headed to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the two of them. She made pancakes and hot coffee, and was about to take everything to the bedroom again so tay could eat in bed when she came up behind her and gave her a light kiss on the cheek.

"good morning beautiful. When I didn't see you in bed I felt abandoned. Like in those music videos where the guy leaves the girl alone in bed in the early hours and leaves her house regretting the night before you know?"

ivy laughed. "love, never in my life would I do that, and no, I didn't regret last night one bit".

Taylor smiled back. They ate breakfast together in silence and taylor thought to herself that it was weird ivy wasn't talking that much. She was the most talkative and happy person she had ever known. What taylor didn't know, is that ivy was actually trying to find the best way possible to start the conversation she was always avoiding.

Tay decided to break the silence first.

"So what are we doing today?" she asked

Ivy didn't know what to answer. All they had done so far was watch movies together, Ivy watched Taylor write songs and shared with her the creative epiphanies that Ivy admired so much.
Sometimes they would go to some important parties and events full of celebrities they both knew from work, but in these situations they acted exclusively as friends, and apart from that, they didn't make big couple plans, they didn't go out to a park or a restaurant. They didn't even go shopping together, when ivy was at taylor's house she was always the one who went to get something that was needed for meals. This way taylor avoided being stalked by crazy fans and paparazzi and they didn't find out so easily where she lived. Not to mention that their meetings always took place there, at Taylor's house. Ivy couldn't just take Taylor to her house because she had to keep their relationship discreet. At first she didn't care much about it, but with the pressure from her cousin and her friends, now things had started to change and besides, they had been together for 3 months already. More precisely, 3 months and 13 days.
