Chapter Thirteen

Rue's face was swollen from the impact of Xavier's hand. She was terrified and in pain. Xavier had sent some women in to feed Rue. As much as she didn't want to eat it, she needed it so her baby could survive. The woman untied Rue and led her to a bathroom. They helped her to shower and everything before taking her to a room. Rue looked around and noticed it was a plain simple bedroom.

"Mr. Xavier ordered us to bring you here as a reward for your performance," one of the ladies said. Rue wanted to say something, but they had already left closing the door and locking it.

Days go by, and Rue would get the essentials she needs. That was when she found out about Xavier knowing about her pregnancy. It was the moment she felt scared of his next move. She took her prenatal gummies that he would send along with her food. Rue tried to figure a way out. She tried to remember the exact time someone would come into the room and how long they stayed before leaving.

The door suddenly opened, and Rue turned to face Michelle. Rue noticed the evil smug on her face as Michelle closed the door behind her. "What are you doing here?" Rue asked. Michelle took a few steps closer. "I am allowed to be anywhere I want since I am Mrs. Xavier Yu," she replied.

Rue scoffed hearing Michelle flaunt about her marriage. Michelle did not like the sound she heard that pissed her off. Michelle grabs Rue's face and glares at her. "I dare you to make another sound because I swear to you, I will wipe that look off your face."

Rue then spits in Michelle's face before saying, "Fuck you." Michelle releases Rue and feels disgusted. She then raises her hand and strikes Rue across the face not once but three times. Rue's cheek was tingling. "You bitch! I hope you get what you deserve," Michelle retorted before she left the room. 

Rue sighed and placed her hand on her stomach. She finally formed a plan and it was going to take place tomorrow.

Christian had finally calmed down and tried to think but it was hard since his loved one was with his father. "Dabin, I need you to try and track the location the video was sent from," Christian said. Dabin nodded and began typing away.

A few seconds later he stopped and turned around. "It seems the I.P. address is untraceable," Dabin replied. "Fuck!" Christian yelled.

"Don't worry we will find her," CL said trying to reassure him. Christian looked at CL, "What if we don't? What if we are too late?"

The room became silent. Everyone took a minute before trying to find another way to locate Rue. 

Michelle walked into the bathroom furious. She grabbed a washcloth and wiped her face. She then grabbed her face wash and applied some. Kristy walked passed the bathroom and noticed her mother before taking a few steps back. "What happened to you?" Kristy asked her mother as she watched her. 

"That bitch!" his mother said as she rinsed the soap from her face. Kristy stared at her mother as she dried her face in frustration. Michelle begins to explain what happened to Kristy. Michelle walked into the kitchen as Kristy followed behind her.

Kristy didn't know what to say. She really couldn't do anything since she'd gotten a taste of what Rue had to offer. "Mom, why do you bother with her? Haven't we done enough?" Kristy asked. Michelle grabs a bottle of water before turning to her daughter. "What do you mean? That woman took everything from you. She stole your husband and tried to raise a family with him. Plus she even disrespected you," Michelle said trying to reason. 

Kristy sighed, "That's in the past now. She and Christian are not even together anymore. Please stop trying to start drama." Michelle placed the bottle of water on the counter. "Did I not tell you the news?"

Kristy looked at her, "What news?" Michelle smirked, "Rue is pregnant." 

"Okay, what does that have to do with anything?" Kristy said. "Do you want to know by whom?" Michelle asked. Kristy sighed and shrugged her shoulders. "Christian." Kristy looked at Michelle surprised and confused. 

"Mom, I told you I don't want to be brought into this anymore. Tell Rue congratulations okay, I don't care that she's with Christian anymore," Kristy explained. "I know, but what if we do something about it," Michelle began to say. "What-" Kristy began to say but was cut off by someone.

"WHAT DID YOU SAY!?" Xavier yells walking into the kitchen. Michelle and Kristy became startled. Xavier came closer to the two and glared at them deadly. "This has nothing to do with her it was all me," Michelle began to say. "Would you mind leaving us alone?" Xavier asked. Kirsty nodded and left the two alone in the room. 

"I left the house this morning only to come home to you bothering Rue and saying you were going to cause harm to her child which is also my grandchild! The same grandchild who will continue the legacy of the Yu's!" Xavier yelled causing fear to tremble inside Michelle. 

Michelle couldn't udder or say a word. She was speechless. Xavier took a step closer closing the space between them and spoke to her in a low voice. "If I ever hear about such things like this, I won't hesitate to kill you myself." 

Michelle nodded scared for her life as Xavier left her. Her hands were shaking badly. Kristy came back and held her mom's hands. Michelle looked into her daughter's eyes. "I told you, it's not worth it anymore," Kristy said and pulled her mother into her arms embracing her.

Dabin searched for a way or sign. He typed different codes searching for an answer until he found one. "Christian!" Dabin shouted.

Christian rushed over to him. "I found her location," Dabin continued. Christian looks at the screen and sees the address. He recognized it immediately. It was their old family home.
