Jay, Heeseung, and Jungwon are in the car singing while swaying their heads along to a song called "I'm Fine" by Ji Jin Seok.

They then arrived at the cafe. Jay parked his car on the side of the road. Jay gets out and opens the door for Jungwon and then Heeseung.

The three walk to the door as Jay opens the door for them. Jungwon and Heeseung were excited about going to the cafe, like little kids.

Jungwon looks at the menu, and he wishes that he could eat all of it because the food looks extremely good. Heeseung, as well, thought, Why not just take the whole cafe?

Jay laughs at their reactions; he guesses he didn't have to worry about them not liking the place.

"Have y'all decided what to order, I am paying for us," Jay said with a chuckle, looking at the two of them staring at the menu, not taking their eyes off of it.

Jungwon and Heeseung shook their heads and began to speak at the same time.

"I want—Jungwon and Heeseung stopped as they cut off their sentences, realizing they said the same thing at the same time, and began to laugh at themselves.

Jay shook his head. Heeseung and Jungwon finally calmed down. "You go first," Heeseung said to Jungwon with a smile.

"I will like waffles, one scoop of ice cream with strawberry whipped cream on top, and scribble chocolate syrup," Jungwon said with a dimpled smile.

Heeseung's stomach growls the way Jungwon explained what food he would like to have. Jay laughs to himself.

"What would you like to drink" the female worker said. "Fresh strawberry milk will be nice for me," Jungwon said with a smile.

"Next order," the female worker said. "I'll just like waffles and one ice cream scoop on top with syrup on the side," Heeseung said.

"What would the drink be" the female worker said. "Dalgona whipped coffee," Heeseung said.

"Is that all for you guys" the female worker asked. I'll just like a drink of Jollypog Latte, and that will be all," Jay said as he got his wallet out of his back pocket and passed her the money.

Heeseung and Jungwon whipped their heads towards Jay, as he didn't get himself food.

"Jay, is that all" Jungwon said with worry. Jay nodded his head. "Yeah, that's all I wanted," Jay said.

"It seems like you guys are turning into my
mom," Jay said with a laugh. He then drops his smile as Heeseung and Jungwon were just staring at him.

"That's not food; you need to eat something,"
said Heeseung said with his arms crossed.

"Technically, it's food because it's cereal inside a latte; besides, that's what sharing is for," Jay said with a wink as he walked toward a table to sit down.

Heeseung and Jungwon looked at each other, shrugged, and shook their heads as they went to sit down where Jay was to wait on their orders.

"Here are you guys orders; may you enjoy them," the waiter said with a smile. "Bon appetite," they all said with a smile back.

Jungwon and Heeseung looked at their plates like hungry gorillas, waiting to eat them in one go.

Jay just laughs, as he couldn't get enough of the two. Jungwon starts eating his waffles and cuts a piece for Jay and Heeseung.

Jungwon cuts a piece of waffle and hands it to Heeseung and then Jay.

Both thanked him as the three of them all shared their food.

Once the three of them finished, they tried to think of a conversation.

"Heeseung, do you remember when Niki pranked Jay by putting a squirt of paint on Jay's hand and decided to tickle him with a feather on his nose?" Jungwon said as he began to laugh.

"Of course I do; it never leaves my memory once the flashbacks still run in my head," Heeseung said, laughing, then taking a sip of his drink. Jay sighed and pouted.

"Who told Niki to go that far just because I accidentally stepped on his game controller and broke it?" Jay said playfully, rolling his eyes.

"I mean, it's kind of fair, but it's okay, Jay. We all get caught off guard sometimes," Jungwon said with a laugh. Heeseung laughs as well.

"I guess if that's how you want to put it," Jay said as he started to drink his milk.

Heeseung could say he has been enjoying this entire day so far that he couldn't get enough. What could go wrong, though, on a sunny day and a lovely date.

"Are we guys finished" Jay said, looking at the two and noticing there was something on their lips.

"Hold on," Jay said, grabbing a napkin from the table to wipe it off.

Jungwon and Heeseung look at Jay, confused, as he didn't say a word and just wiped their mouths.

They then blushed, realizing Jay was extremely close to their lips.

"Alright, that should be good for now. I should've kissed it off. Maybe I would've been satisfied that way, but we are not at that level yet," Jay said, looking at their lips and then looking back at their eyes.

"I'm going to go get me another drink to take home," Heeseung said as he walked away with his heart beating.

Heeseung then orders another drink. He looks down at his drink, trying to wrap the napkins over it, as he didn't pay attention to where he was going he bumped into someone that the person coffee spills on that person.

"Are you fucking kidding me right now" the grown man said with anger, and he started to wipe it off his shirt.

"I'm sorry," Heeseung said as he reached down and tried to pick up the man's coffee. When he did, his face dropped, realizing who it was.

The man grinned. "Oh, look who it is—my son—that fucked up my entire life," his dad said. Those words stung like hell for Heeseung.

"You have a nerve to show up in my face; you disgust me," his dad said with anger. Heeseung hung his head low.

"Where is that brother of yours who is your so-called protector" his dad said with a chuckle.

"Raise your head up when I'm talking to you, motherfucker," his dad said. Heeseung can see his dad raising his hand to hit him. Heeseung's eyes get teary and he starts breathing hard.

Heeseung waits to get slapped, but all of a sudden, his dad shuts up. Heeseung could see Jay stop his dad's hand, seeing that Jay was glaring at him.

Jungwon comes to his side and hugs him by the shoulder.

"Oh, so you're sleeping around with people now, Heeseung," his dad said.

"I wouldn't want to be in your shoes; you make me sick. I don't know why you didn't die instead," his dad said, laughing. Heeseung's heart dropped.

Jay wasted no time punching him in the face with no hesitation.

Heeseung was fighting back on the verge of tears, but he couldn't, so he got out of Jungwon's arms and ran out the door. He heard Jungwon calling him when he walked out.

Heeseung ran until he couldn't run any more. He told himself why he couldn't run like this when his little sister was in danger. Why do she and his mom deserve to die. It should've been him.
