Visiting the hospital became a routine for Jake without taking a break from it. It's been about a month now, and there has been no sign of an awake Sunghoon.

Jake cried every day, and he was wondering why it affects him that much because there couldn't be that he has already fallen for Sunghoon, or is it.

Jake wakes up from his sleep and decides to get ready and get dressed as he puts a hoodie over himself with a pair of light blue jeans and white air forces.

Jake looks at his clock, and it's 3:00 p.m. He widens his eyes, looking at how long he slept.

Jake has not been getting enough sleep properly since Sunghoon is in the hospital.

Jake goes into the bathroom mirror and looks at himself. His swollen eyes were visible from crying a lot. Jake also hasn't found the time to eat a proper meal.

Jake misses Si-woo; he has been staying over with Sunoo and Niki for some time as he has been looking after Sunghoon.

Jake sighed as he walked out of the bathroom, grabbed his keys, and got in the car as he continued wiping his tears, wishing and praying for Sunghoon to wake up.

Jake drives to the hospital. As he makes it to the hospital, he gets out of his car and walks inside.

Jake walks into Sunghoon's room as he sees the nurse taking the bandage off around his head and is about to walk off. But Jake stopped the nurse in her tracks.

"Hey, how is his condition" Jake said, worried. The nurse looked at him with a sad expression.

"I'm sorry it doesn't look quite right; we're trying our hardest to find a solution," the nurse said. "It might take him a year to wake up," the nurse said as she gave a "sad" smile and walked off.

Jake couldn't believe what he just heard. How is Sunghoon not getting better.

Jake sits in the chairs, looking at Sunghoon with his eyes fully closed or sleeping peacefully.

"You shouldn't be sleeping peacefully; you should be waking up, you idiot," Jake said as his eyes got teary.

"Why are you not trying to chase after me? You are supposed to give it your all," Jake said.

"You're acting like you are handicapped, so stop pretending," Jake said as he started to cry as he looked down at his lap.

Sunghoon peeked one eye open, raising his head as he tried not to laugh at Jake's comments. He then laid his head back down so he could pretend to continue, still in a "coma".

"What if I pull out a taser on you, Would that get you to get up" Jake said as his tears kept dropping onto his lap.

Sunghoon opened his eyes as he looked left and right, then tried his best to hold his laugh as he was confused about what Jake said.

You're quite silly, Princess, and that still wouldn't wake me up. I'll still be in a coma, Sunghoon thought.

"I hope you drowned down deep into the ocean and never came back since you're too lazy to get up," Jake said, wiping his tears as they were constantly falling.

Sunghoon gave up and started laughing out loud, as he couldn't hold it in any longer. Jake looked up and saw Sunghoon dying of laughter at him in the hospital bed.

"Jake, you have to be kidding. What in the world makes you think I will wake up from— Sunghoon said as he couldn't finish his sentence because of Jake's body weight that was leashed on him.

Jake wasted no time running over to Sunghoon and sitting on Sunghoon's lap as he put his legs a-crossed from Sunghoon's leg facing him, hugging by his neck and crying over his shoulder.

Sunghoon's heart flutters at Jake's sudden, unexpected action, and he also couldn't handle hearing Jake cry.

"It's okay, my princess. Don't cry. I'm awake now." Sunghoon said, rubbing Jake back in circles and rocking him back and forth.

"Look at me," Sunghoon said. Jake sniffled, raised his head, and looked at him. Sunghoon chuckles and wipes his tears.

"So you were up this whole time," Jake said as he hit Sunghoon on the shoulder a few times. He then stopped.

Sunghoon laughed. "Yeah, but how do you expect me to wake up and then threaten me you hope i drowned," Sunghoon said, still laughing.

"Well, you weren't waking up," Jake said rolling his eyes with a sigh. "And then why did the nurse make it seem like something was wrong" Jake said.

"I told the nurse to act like it; I wanted to see your reaction; I didn't know it would turn out to you becoming a cute baby that needs taken care of," Sunghoon said with a laugh and smiled.

Jake decides to hit him on the shoulder again.
Sunghoon did not mind; he could handle the beating all day and would not care.

"Did I lie" Sunghoon said as he couldn't stop laughing. The way Jake's expressions just do something to him. Jake just rolls his eyes and huffs at Sunghoon, looking directly in his eye.

Sunghoon stopped laughing and stared at Jake as he came to realize that Jake was on his lap.

Sunghoon's heart was beating, but he couldn't get enough of trying not to stop staring. Sunghoon holds onto Jake's waist, bringing him up close.

"Not once have I seen you this close; you're looking pretty cute as always," Sunghoon said with a smirk.

Jake blushed and tried to get up and walk away from Sunghoon.

"Where are you going, princess" Sunghoon said as he grabbed one of Jake's arm and sat him back down on his lap.

Jake blushed once again. "I don't think I told you to go anywhere and not tell me where," Sunghoon said, looking him in the eye with admiration.

"I'm going home, you stupid ice prince. I'll be back whenever," Jake said as he got up from Sunghoon's hold and couldn't stop blushing.

"Make it fast. I don't want you to keep me waiting," Sunghoon said with a smirk.

"I love when you play hard to get to me. I'm not afraid to get what I want." Sunghoon said it with a smirk and winked at Jake.

Jake playfully rolled his eyes as he couldn't stop blushing. "Shut up, Ice Prince. Keep trying to succeed; I doubt you will," Jake said with a smile.

Jake started to begin walking off. "Don't worry, Princess; it looks like I already have," Sunghoon said, yelling with a confident smile.

Jake looks back as he sees Sunghoon wink at him once again. Jake then shook his head and couldn't hold back a smile that appeared on his face as he exit the room.

Jake was happy that Sunghoon was finally back, and Si-woo would be happy as well as the rest.
