Jake never thought a day like this would be the day he went on a date with Si-woo's favorite famous race car guy, Park Sunghoon. Jake starts to overthink: what if Sunghoon finally realizes that he doesn't want to be with Jake.

Jake shook his head, erasing the thoughts, as he knew that he should think positively and not let that get in the way.

Jake goes through his closet to find something to wear. Jake didn't help Sunghoon this time with his clothes because he said he's getting better and could do it himself.

It was also time for Sunghoon to take his cast off since he had been in the hospital for days and he should be healed by now.

Jake puts on a white shirt with light blue jeans and a blue jean jacket, and he adds a necklace along with white Converse. He then adds a touch of sprayed refreshing cologne.

Jake looked in the mirror as he was satisfied, hoping that Sunghoon would approve it.

Sunghoon was so happy that Jake said yes. He thought that he had to keep working hard to have an opportunity to have a date with Jake.

Sunghoon was wearing a white shirt with a black leather jacket and solid black pants, as well as jewelry on his neck with white forces.

Sunghoon took his cast off now, and it looks healed. He stood up and felt no pain in his leg.

While Sunghoon walks toward the mirror, he is looking in the mirror, admiring his face, fixing his hair, and moving his necklace the way he likes it. Sunghoon's phone starts to ring in his front pocket with an FaceTime ID called from Niki.

"What is it, Niki, I'm trying to get my sexy face ready for a good date," Sunghoon said, holding the phone while fixing a string of hair. You could hear Sunoo and Si-woo laugh and giggle.

Niki made a judge's face and also cringed at the words that left out Sunghoon's mouth.

"Don't ever say that again or get blocked out of my life; anyway, Si-woo wants to see you and talk to you," Niki said with a straight face.

Sunghoon rolls his eyes, as he really didn't care two pennies if Niki did, because he knew Niki was just saying that. Niki passes the phone to Si-woo, making Sunghoon's expression change to a smile towards Si-woo.

"Hi Sunghoon," Si-woo said, waving at the camera with a smile. Sunghoon smiled back. "Hey buddy, what is it you want to tell me" Sunghoon said.

"If you date my papa, would that be a chance of you becoming my dad" Si-woo said shyly, looking down at what was seen on the phone screen.

Sunghoon did not see the coming of Si-woo thinking that way, and he wasn't against it at all. Sunghoon thought that Si-woo was too smart for a 5-year-old. He heard from Jake that teachers said he should be in first grade or kindergarten.

So Jake decided to put Si-woo in kindergarten because he thought that even though Si-woo was smart, he wanted him to be in kindergarten because he worried first grade would be difficult.

Sunghoon wanted Si-woo's wish of being his dad to be granted.

"Of course, buddy, I'll make it happen, pinky promise." Sunghoon said with a smile, holding his pinky up to the phone. Si-woo smiled and laughed. "Pinky promise," Si-woo said, still smiling.

"Enjoy the date with Papa," Si-woo said with a smile, waving by to the camera. "I will have fun my buddy," Sunghoon said, waving goodbye. Si-woo nodded and hung the phone up.

Jake smiled and secretly giggled while overhearing the conversation and walked away from the crack open door like he hadn't been there.

Sunghoon put his phone in his front pocket and walked out the door, seeing Jake standing in the living room, smiling with his arms crossed.

"What are you smiling at" Sunghoon said, raising his eyebrow but also smiling. "Nothing; let's go," Jake said, shaking his head and still smiling as he walked to the door.

Sunghoon shook his head and followed behind Jake. Jake locked the door and passed the car keys to Sunghoon. "You want me to drive," Sunghoon said. Jake nodded and headed toward the car.

Sunghoon unlocks the passenger door for Jake, letting him get inside while closing the door for him. Sunghoon walks to the driver door, unlocks the door, and closes the door, starting the car engine.

"Wait, is it okay to put pressure on your leg? Maybe I should drive instead," Jake said, worried, stopping Sunghoon's hand that was on the steering wheel.

Sunghoon laughed while looking serious in Jake's eyes.

"Jake I'm okay; don't worry" Sunghoon said as he intertwined Jake's hand and gave it a small kiss.

Jake blushes and looks down at his lap, while Sunghoon doesn't let go of Jake's hand and drives out the driveway with one hand on the steering wheel.

While Sunghoon was driving, Jake wanted to know where they were going for the date because Sunghoon hadn't told him where.

"Um, Sunghoon, where are we going" Jake said it curiously. "Trust me, you will like it, and I want it to be a surprise," Sunghoon said, keeping his eyes on the road. He turned his head and quickly smiled, then turned his head back toward the road.

Jake smiled and was happy. He also wanted to know where they were going. Sunghoon finally made it and parked the car.

Jake looks tiredly out the window, then suddenly gains boosts of energy as he reads the sign that says Sunshine Coast Animal Shelter. You can play with the dogs or adopt one if you have the money for it.

Jake smiled and looked at Sunghoon, laughing at his reaction. "How did you know I like dogs" Jake said.

"When you took me home that day, I saw you scrolling through dog reels, so I thought, why not take you to hang out with them" Sunghoon said, gently letting go of Jake's hand, rubbing the back of his neck, and getting out of the car, closing his door to open Jake's door.

Once he opens Jake's door, Jake latches himself on to Sunghoon with a hug by the neck. Sunghoon stumbled and smiled, hugging Jake back as Jake mumbled underneath his breath.

"You're welcome," Sunghoon quietly whispered in Jake's ear.
